"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "We had an a booking dispute with the management of this hotel prior to arriving so we were not to enthusiastic about our visit. The good part is that the customer service is great and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The negatives are; the on-site parking is SO tight that it is amazing that our car didn’t get damaged. The lobby is so out dated and smells musty…I understand that there may be some historic significance but this does not give a good impression. The room was clean and functional."
