"We loved this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing - we did room service dinner the night we landed and breakfast buffet two mornings and all was exceptional. Modern clean room with a great shower and nice little extras. Lovely courtyard and garden, pool, lobby, etc. This place was our sanctuary in hectic Delhi. Highly recommend a stay here!"

"Hotel is so run down. Toilet was so bad. Breakfast was worse and staff in the restaurant were clueless or incompetent. We cancelled our return booking and switched to another hotel which was way more worth the money. "

"I stayed for an evening meal. I had the à la carte menu and had mango vegetarian curry. It was excellent. The gardens were splendid and I spent some time watching the green parrots flying around. It was a pleasure. I cannot fill this hotel. It was quite expensive but I expect this is to be expected for the quality and being in New Delhi it was about half an hour ride from the airport."

"when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!"
