Desorganización a la hora del desayuno

Todo estupendo, excepto el primer día que el desayuno era un auténtico caos, era penoso ver al personal que se notaba que no eran profesionales de restauración, el nivel de estrés que tenían del todo intolerable. Hablamos con gerente, nos comenta la culpa es del covid, más intolerable, porque si se abre hay que tener personal capacitado. Es un hotel de 4 Estrellas si se abre ha de ser con personal y no tener a los que están en centralita en el desayuno o la centralita vacía como estaba casi siempre. Demasiado para el personal que el nivel de estrés que tenían a las 10 de la mañana era horrible y los clientes que tardamos más de una hora en desayunar. Ya no se puede echar la culpa todo al covid.

Quick April Trip Away

I was out of season and unfortunately had to leave early due to an emergency but besides all that. Check in was fast, same as checkout, the staff were extremely pleasant, I went all inclusive and the selection of food was all great. Its right beside a supermarket and chemist etc but the views over the pool and to the sea are to die for. The only problem is the noise, like I said it is out of season but there is no soundproofing at all for the rooms and I was on the top floor. Lots of English channels and the wifi was excellent too.

Horrible service

They overcharged me and did not let speak to a manager, this was over 200 euros mind you! I couldn't do anything about it because I'd miss my flight. The guy at reception could barely speak English and said "if you don't pay I will call police!" The staff that cleaned our room placed all our swimming suits in the toilet. We showed the lady at front desk a picture. She was just shocked and said, I'm sorry manager is not here and I can't do anything about it.

Indifférent, parterre de la chambre très sale en arrivant et l'eau de la réfrigérateur a verser dans la chambre qui n'était pas dégivrer depuis très longtemps. Le buffet du soir n'était pas de tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles; nouiture industriel. Il manquait la présence d'un directeur pour surveiller. Dommage car le cadre est bien.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean, lovely pool

We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2016. The hotel is in a lovely setting around the bay with the pool overlooking the sea. The whole hotel is spotless and the staff can't do enough to help you. My friend hurt her foot on the first day and the staff were so helpful and considerate. The staff were always smiling, especially the receptionists and cleaners. Good variety of food. Nice hotel for 30 somethings or families I would say. If you want a real party atnosphere this might not be the hotel for you but if you want to party and come back to somewhere clean and chilled this is the right hotel.

O atendimento no checkin não é simpático. Uma noite chegamos no quarto e não haviam arrumado. Diferentemente de outros hotéis, este não oferece o kit praia, que ajuda muito os turista pois em cada praia você tem que pagar 20 euros, pelo menos, para sentar. Então, se o hotel te oferece o sombreiro, vc pode ficar em qualquer praia sem gastar um centavo. Daria 3 estrelas ao hotel. Há! O café da manhã é bem meia boca. Café nescafe....daí vc há tira.

Great find!

The hotel was lovely. Friendly staff, clean, good location and the breakfast was way above expectations. Great selection of all kinds of food including some hot and freshly prepared to order. I would strongly recommend staying here. It is quite family oriented which is nice. It's only a quick walk to sunset strip and had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful sunset, friendly staff, relaxing break

Access: if you don't want to pay high cost of taxi fare, take a St Anton bus from the airport to the bus station, but this runs once an hour on the hour. It is a 10-15 min walk to the hotel so you have to have appropriate rolling luggage, (or you might be lucky and there is a taxi on the rank.) The three ladies who man the front desk are incredibly helpful and friendly as is the night porter and the staff in the restaurants. Thank you front desk ladies for making my stay and departure enjoyable. Housecleaning is very efficient and polite. Pay the extra price to get a sea view room (a must), preferably on 3 or 2 floor. I had one overlooking both the Buddha bar and the pool and the beach, it was great for both sunset and people watching! The pool was warm, to my liking, and is great for kids, though not really for swimming laps. No problem with beds. You can walk to the (small) beach in less than 5 minutes. The water was warm. If you want a beautiful and wide beach you need to go elsewhere. There is a very practical night (12-6am) disco bus system taking you on different routes to the various clubs. However it is a 10 min walk to the St Anton bus station then a 40 minute bus ride (e3.5), so if you want to do this often it maybe better to stay on the other side of the island (but accommodation may be more expensive). There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, and Mambos is a 10 min seaside walk.
