“Very nice staff. I do not speak any Spanish besides Hola and they still understand me. They are very respectful. The restaurant is good and the staff is great. They will charge everything to your room and you can buy snacks etc. They have a nice area where you can sit outside and smoke and relax. They also have a rooftop area with tables where you can also smoke and eat if you like. The sunset from the rooftop is beautiful. It is called a solarium which you take the elevator that says solarium...
“This hotel is tucked away you can get there using the train and then a bus. I’m from London and I found my way. Also Georgio the owner of this beautiful house was so accommodating and gave me a lift to somewhere I needed to get to. Highly recommend this place to anyone that comes . ”

No recomendable sobre todo por la mujer que atiende. Mal trato, no dan factura cuando cobran el impuesto al turista.

“아침 해변 산보와 아침식사가 좋은 편이고, 바르셀로나에서 30분정도 지역 열차를 타면 도착가능한 곳,
따라서 바르셀로나에 전시회가 있어 호텔비가 비싼 경우, 선택하면 큰 비용없이 사용이 가능. 특히 지역 구분이 3 Zone이기 때문에 T-10표를 선택하면 27유로 정도하므로 1시간 45분동안 시내 메트로나 버스로 환승이 가능하므로 바르셀로나 어떤 곳도 갈 수 있는 장점이 있음.”
"시설이 모두 새거같이 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 예상은 했지만 방은 역시나 좁은편이었다. 바다와 몬주익이 멀리 보이는 뷰는 매우좋아서 아침 저녁마다 즐길수 있었다. 화장실 문, 샤워실 문 디테일이 좀 허술해서 옥의티. 카탈루냐 광장에 호텔보다 저렴하고 훨씬 쾌적한 환경이라 그런 환경을 원하시는 분은 추천해요. 티캐주얼 끊어서 바로앞 트램타고 버스타면 시내로 금방 접근가능합니다. 동네도 쓰레기 없고 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 주변 식당도 조용하고 맛도 괜찮아요"
"I would like to thank a very kind front desk staff member at Hotel Arc Ramblas. When I checked in late, there was a male staff member on duty. My bag had been stolen at Barcelona Airport, and I had nothing with me. He kindly lent me a charging cable and adapter for my iPhone free of charge and offered some comforting words. His help was invaluable, allowing me to relax during my stay at Hotel Arc. Although I forgot to ask his name, I will never forget his kindness. Thank you.
The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The consulate was easily accessible on foot, and the metro station was just steps away.
I will choose this hotel again, when I come back to Barcelona."
