The setting of the hotel is fantastic, with rooms overlooking the swimming pool and small well kept gardens. Rooms are large with balconies. A good breakfast choice again in a nice setting and both the reception and breakfast teams were helpful and friendly. 10 min drive into downtown SB.

The Breakfast staff are so helpful and kind. The best example of customer service is found in those two ladies running the breakfast kitchen. I didn't get their names but they did a great job maintaing order.

It was very easy to check in. I love that we had self parking. We had breakfast in our stay. It was a very simple, but it was nice to have. The coffee was amazing. The only thing that I would have to say is that for the second day no one cleaned the room they did not bring us extra towels. They did not took out the trash and we had two children, so I just went outside and took out the trash, but the place itself is very beautiful. You can feed the ducks and the swans. The pool was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was very nice. The ponds were a bonus which were fun for the kids to feed the fish, ducks, and turtles. The connecting rooms were great for adults and children.
