The hotel was very well maintained and a great bargain in Santa Barbara. The room was extremely clean and large. The bathroom was very nicely laid out. Breakfast was very convenient and the property was in a great location in town. The property is older but that didn’t detract from anything during our stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The hotel is older but very well maintained, and my room was spotless. I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. excellent place, centric to major tourist attractions, staff is helpful. morning breakfast is good not get you going, especially for little ones. the apartment setting is good for big families and pool is not huge but cozy to relax. parking is tight for big SUV for good for cars and mid-size SUV, will stay there again.

We stayed for two nights to attend a graduation in the area. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped with a fridge and microwave, and a nice sized table with chairs. We had plenty of room in both the bedroom and bathroom. The continental breakfast was just okay, but the coffee and pre-packaged muffin did the trick. The hotel served our purpose wonderfully, and the price was very fair compared to other properties in the area.

It's a budget motel so there is only so much you can expect but for the price we paid this is very good value for money. Plenty of choice for breakfast, a pool and hot tub, the room looked like it has recently been decorated. Very much recommended and we would definitely stay here again.
