Very nice staff. Allowed a bit of an early check in for us. Property is in need of repair :stairs rusted, tiles missing in bathroom, rooms are nice and spacious. A bit noisy.

This was the forth time I have stayed here but probably my last. The noise from the 101 was terrible and made it difficult to sleep and since there is no AC we needed to keep the windows open to cool the room down. There used to be a fairly good breakfast but now just cheap sweet rolls and coffee. This used to be a lot better.

Older property, obvious attempts to keep up to date and smells really clean in the room. Needs a bit of cleaning around the edges, some repair of the grab bars in the bathroom needed.

Nice hotel for the price. However, for $200 a night there should be a coffee maker in the room. They have coffee in the lobby starting at 7:30am, but those of us from East coast wake up much earlier. The abundant parking on hotel property is $15/night. Otherwise it s street only, which is hit and miss.

Perfect spot down the street from the pier, acrooss from the ocean. Wish we could have stayed longer. Price was great and room was exactly what we needed with a cute little kitchen. Will definitely look to stay her again, on our next trip to SB.
