However, we were not informed that housekeeping services are only provided upon request. As a result, our room was not cleaned during our stay, and we had to deal with accumulating trash. This lack of communication was disappointing. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work at all, which caused frustration, especially for my children. We also experienced significant noise at night due to a neighboring dog barking continuously, which made it difficult to rest. Lastly, when booking, I was specifically looking for a hotel that includes breakfast, but this property does not offer it, which was misleading. Overall, while the room itself was satisfactory, the lack of clear information, noise issues, and missing amenities negatively impacted our experience."
