Loud stomping above me most of the time, tv was not working, not willing to fix it, and no parking space available even though it was promised. Too expensive for the poor room accommodations. I am not happy and WILL NOT be back.

I was very dissapointed in this place. It was so overpriced for what you got!! Corporate Greed and you should be ashamed. The rooms are tiny, old, NO amenities at all. No breakfast, teeny tiny bathroom. I had young kids with me and asked if our room was ready and could we check in earlier since we had been driving 3 hours to get there and wanted to feed the kids. Yes, they had a room but it would cost more to check in early. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!! Will never stay here again and will broadcast how awful it was. I will say that the staff were very nice though. Times are tough for everyone, stop gouging families

They said they close the lobby at 9pm. We came at 830pm. Took a time date stamped video and photo to prove we were there early. Nobody was there. Door was locked. Could not get in called the posted after hours number and the front desk number. Nobody picked up. We had to sleep in our car. Horrible.

The place was located in a very nice area fr fr and there's a really good shop right across the street where u can get some delish breakfast burritos in the morning. Room had all the basic necessities you'd need. Was some slight damage to the tv screen but everything worked fine. The walls are lightweight thin but our room was also right next to the pool so we could hear all that buzz. Be weary though the room we were in was very close to the back so our phones couldn't pick up the wifi very well at all. Not a spacious room for a king size suite but doesnt rlly matter if you're in santa cruz to be outside all day anyway.Solid place doe.

Perfect location. Just stayed here 1 night while on business. Parking was terrible, but they have a small lot. For the price, I feel it was worth it. The room was well cleaned and very nicely decorated.
