The staff was extremely helpful. Due to our flight schedule we arrived 6 hours prior to check-in. Once a room became available that morning after a guest checked out, they got it cleaned immediately and got us in several hours before our actual check in. We were extremely grateful for their kindness.

A really good place to stay in Santa Cruz. Well maintained, very clean, friendly staff, safe area close to restaurants and shopping centre's, great AC, bathrooms, fresh variety for breakfast, etc. Definitely we'll think about this place as a first choice returning to this amazing city.

The room was 👌 perfect!!!The staff was perfect,especially front desc -Alvaro and Francisco!They gave me free earlier check in,send me location when I was late outside ,help for my safe and etc. These people deserve something more in the hotel business!!!

I had room 29, a double bed with balcony. It was beautiful, modern, clean, and in a quiet area but only a couple blocks to restaurants. The breakfast is modest but satisfactory. To the hotel, I would suggest putting electric kettles in each room. I, as well as others, would use this to boil water and not have to rely on bottled water. Just a thought for an "eco" hotel.
