"Enjoyable stay with a few quibbles.
The pool was always very clean, and the lifeguard was helpful when we lost some googles at the bottom of the pool. We only used the pool in the hotel itself. It was quieter than the one across the road by the lounge for some reason. I was a bit disappointed with the opening hours of the pools - you couldn't have a swim before breakfast, for example.
The rooms are small - I think we've had a bigger room in an airport hotel. There wasn't room for a bedside table on one side. They do have a nice feel though - floor to ceiling and full width windows, and the balcony was excellent - spacious with a pleasing view of the pool and general surrounds. The air conditioning was excellent.
The breakfast was good - plenty of variety, enough cooked things to assemble a full English, some really good bread, as well as all the things you'd expect of a continental breakfast. A bit less water in the orange juice would have been good. I had a flat white from the coffee machine. Both decaf and normal were enjoyable.
The basics - booking taxis and restaurants were excellent. Also check-in and out were both quick and efficient. The staff had less local knowledge than I hoped: they didn't know the local Parc Natural de s'Albufera was closed for repairs for example,"
