Durante nuestra estancia de una semana, uno de los principales inconvenientes fue el ruido. Todos los días ponen música desde aproximadamente las 7:30 de la mañana, lo que hace bastante difícil descansar, especialmente si te alojas en planta baja y en una habitación cercana a la cocina. Lo comentamos directamente en recepción, pero lamentablemente hicieron caso omiso y la música continuó igual. Otro punto importante es la limpieza: si no la solicitas, no necesariamente pasan a realizarla. Recomiendo pedirla todos los días y solicitar también el cambio de toallas. Además, hubo huéspedes que llegaban alrededor de las 4:00 o 5:00 de la mañana y permanecían en el área de la alberca con bocinas y música, generando todavía más ruido. Considero que el hotel debería tener mayor control de los horarios y de las áreas comunes para garantizar el descanso. En cuanto al baño, la presión de agua de la regadera es muy baja, sale poca agua, y tampoco proporcionan champú para uso personal; únicamente dejan jabón. Son detalles importantes a considerar, sobre todo si buscas un lugar donde realmente puedas descansar durante tu estancia.

Las ares comunes del hotel como alberca y áreas verdes están bonitas, instagramebles.. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad y son muy chicas, no tienen TV, el internet está lento, el refrigerador no servía, cuenta con aire acondicionado. Tiene unas lámparas colgantes que son un riesgo de golpearte la cabeza. No hay agua caliente. El lobby tiene un restaurante muy cercano a las habitaciones y cuando hay algún show se escucha todo el ruido lo que dificulta descansar El hotel se encuentra en una calle que se cierra de 18:00 a 23:00 hrs para convertirla en andador peatonal por lo que si traes automóvil tienes que salir a moverlo a varias calles de distancia porque si se queda estacionado en el horario mencionado se lo lleva la grúa. No cuenta con playa propia ni club de playa pero a 10 metros se encuentra el acceso a la playa zicatela .
