No, but clean and refreshing. Air conditioned. There was no english speaking TV stations. The water temperatures were inconsistent. The WiFi was not working good in the afternoons the Sun affecting the routers. I advised the manager what might help the matter.

The most important part of our trip was the staff starting with Jordan the local manager. He made sure all of our needs were met. The breakfast included with the price was exceptional which included fruits and an egg dish. We did have lunch there on one occasion. The cook/chef was name Ana (???) and she is terrific. It is a small 13 room hotel with beautiful gardens and view. The beach located at the facility is not swimmable but there is one you can walk for about 5 - 8 minutes. We did not visit it. Taxis are ready available by talking to the front desk as we went into town on several nights a quick 10 to 15 minute drive and about $5 - 7. Overall we had a wonderful stay lead by the team leader Jordan and assisted by a young lady who handles marketing. They are all beyond kind and attentive to all of our needs. If your looking for some peace and quiet with several pools to choose from, this is your place. T

Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with no car . Rooms was old fashioned and very dated . Bad water pressure at all times and littel to no hot water unfortunately. The bed was old and like lying on the hard tile floor and ruined my sleep and back so bad by 5 am , that I was unable to sleepnor walk very well by the am . My bad back was now much worse . Ac was ok , but tv was terrible and coukd barly see or understand as its all in spanish . I know we in Mexico but the tv was older then my 15 year old son and was probably a 20 inch tv in top left corner ..couldn't even see it or hesrvit from anywhere in room . Over all was not happy or satisfied with this place or rooms thst desperately needing to be brought into the 2020 era at very least .. many mounds and stairs to climb every time we left . No elevator. Staff was friendly and understanding to my concerns and we insisted on leaving the next day to kore suitable accommodations to enjoy our trip as planned . As well trying to get our refund after many days was difficult.

Me and my husband planned on staying here until we had such a terrible experience the first day first night. First the AC in the room did not reach the restroom therefore the restroom was extremely hot. Second the bed was extremely hard, maybe not a deal breaker for some but it’s was almost like laying on the floor. Third when we planned on going to sleep after ignoring and trying to just make the best out of all the issues, the head board of the bed was covered in ants which to our surprise we moved the bed and underneath was full of ants as well. Not to mention in order to contact the staff we had to text the girl on WhatsApp which was extremely inconvenient since she was already home which we did not know and we didn’t wanna inconvenience someone while they are at home. Another thing the place had a really dirty pool which in the pictures looked better than in person. They also advertised for a private beach experience but when we arrive we were told that we couldn’t swim since the beach was very rocky and waves were strong, which one fine but that was one of the reasons we stayed there since we wanted that experience. Overall it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient and me and my husband had to contact Expedia so get moved the first day we arrived because the experience was already so bad and dull.

This hotel was a bit of a hidden gem. It is quiet, beautiful, rooms all have fantastic views of the ocean (we saw humpback whales from our balcony) and there is access to a beach that we were alone on most of the time. We saw tropical fish in the water. Breakfast is lovely, includes fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, toast and then a different list of options daily like eggs with chorizo, French toast, enfrijoladas etc. Very tasty. The pool is great for lounging and the staff were wonderful. I can't say enough good things about our experience and I hope to return! This is a laid back kind of place so if you're looking for r and r it's the place to be.

Villas FaSol is a very special place. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Access to a private beach is amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive. The rooms are spacious and the views are amazing!! The place is located in a gated community and feels incredibly safe. But, you will need a cab to get anywhere. The hotel and rooms are getting dated and need some refinement. The crew seems to be working hard to do just that.

The room was clean, the staff was exceptional, the pool was a lovely oasis. We really enjoyed staying at this villa. The service was outstanding and everything was perfect. It was a quiet space, just outside of the town which was exactly what we were looking for.

Really great and attentive service, room was always clean, the property itself is truly beautiful. There's a reason why this place has such great reviews! Super short cab ride into town for dinners, but there are a couple of restaurants within the residential area as well to choose from that you can walk to, which we took advantage of on several occasions. It is a very, very quiet spot - great if you're looking to be away from other people.
