Nice hotel in a great location

Hotel was in a great location and the room was very clean and modern. The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient with my limited Spanish. I would stay there again. Also had a wonderful massage at the spa.

The hotel is a Brand new building, it is beautiful place, they have very nice people working there and they’re very kind. The place is clean, beautiful lobby and very nice areas in the bar and around the swimming pool. Highly recommended

The hotel is conveniently located minutes away from the beach and from local food vendors and other businesses like barbers and pharmacies. The rooms themselves are very basic and the breakfast is limited to a few options. On the flip side, there is a bar on site next to the pool that plays great music.

Pros: cleansiness, convenient location to the beach and restaurants. Friendly cleaning and breakfast staff. Cons: there was only 1 real complaint. The reception staff are incredibly unfriendly (girl around 20's or the man in his late 40's). A smile would be nice, I'd even would have enjoyed a neutral expression, however they seem to have a constant look of anger, boredom or contempt. Management should remind them to maje a little effort being nice. Stayed 5 days in January 2024

A few things annoyed me about this hotel. When I arrived the lobby was a chaotic crowd of highschool kids with a few chaperones trying to book rooms for them. I took a seat in the lobby and made myself noticable. 2 HOURS later they finally booked me into my room. They could have (and should have) expedited my booking rather than cost me two hours of my time. The other thing was the noise. The room they gave me was directly above the pool area which was party central for the same kids. My hallway included dozens of screaming kids (at 3am!). I think they could have given me a room on a floor which didn't include these party kids. Other than those issues the place is clean and the staff is friendly (just not very thoughtful) and the location is pretty central and close (1 block) to the beach.

Muy mala atención del personal en recepción. Necesité mas colchas para dormir, y resulta que no habían. No colocan ni jabón para manos y a penas papel higienico. Hacen mantenimiento de elevadores en horarios movidos y tengo familiares con problemas para subir escaleras, eso fue muy molesto. Los desayunos estuvieron buenos. Casualmente en nuestra estadía se fue la luz en todo el Rodadero, y resulta que tampoco tienen planta para esos casos. Amé Santa Marta y todo el Rodadero es precioso, pero a este hotel jamás regresaría. CERO en limpieza, regresaba y encontraba las camas arregladas pero todo lo demas completamente sucio, así que te cambian ropa de cama pero no te hacen limpieza, en fin un caos el lugar lamentablemente, es grande y bonito pero no pueden dar el servicio que deberían, deberían aprovechar la buena ubicacion que tienen.

Destaco el desayuno y elnperspnal miy atento, no nos gustó ver tantas palomas en el restaurante, al hotel le hace falta comodidades por ejemplo sonde. Olhar las toallas, donde poner el papel higienico y un espejo frande en la habitacion solo habia uno pequeño en el baño

No conocía este sector de Santa Marta (Gaira) y decidí venir por curiosidad. Es un lugar bastante agitado y concurrido, pero al entrar al Hotel 3H se siente un cambio inmediato: un oasis en medio del bullicio. Es quizá la mejor opción en la zona. Por un precio muy accesible, tienes habitaciones cómodas, desayuno incluido y parqueadero privado, lo cual es un gran plus para la comodidad y seguridad de los huéspedes. El ambiente dentro del hotel es relajante, y el personal es muy atento. Por su relación calidad - precio es altamente recomendado.

Estancia agradable en 3H Hotel

La estancia fue agradable, buena instalación. El personal servicial conn excelente trato, en especial el Sr. Guillermo Polo en la recepción. La habitación cómoda, amplia y limpia, pero deberían contar con caja de seguridad y la TV con cable. El desayuno debería ser más variado.

Buena ubicación

Buen hotel , espacioso , una de las tres habitaciones el aire no estaba funcionando muy bien y recomendaría un poco más de orden en el desayuno , en general todo muy bien , buena atención y muy amables en el servicio.
