Peor llegada de mis viajes

Nunca vayan a este lugar una vergüenza después de un largo viaje desde Miami coneccion Cartagena y llegando a este lugar resultó que en el front desk no hubo nadie para atenderme y darme la llave del apartamento . Aparte el señor del lobby me dijo que ese apartamento está rentado y había personas ahí hasta el día próximo siendo que yo lo tenía pagado por dos días . Tuve que pagarme otro hotel para irme esos días . Y hotel .com me tiene un crédito de esta estadía que también lo vi mal ya que ellos deberían resolverme el problema y arreglarse con esta gente no darme un crédito que no servia para que use en ese momento
