El lugar está bien ubicado, la comida no es tan rica como esperaba, me parece que es un muy buen lugar pero les falta mejorar la atención, solo una chica era súper atenta los demás sentía que no lo hacían tan bien... Creo que pueden mejorar los tiempos de la comida tardaban cerca de 45 min y dos veces me llego fría, creo que es un tema más de coordinación. Es importante también que le ofrezcan al cliente los productos como cervezas, aguas, cuando se está en la zona de licores porque siempre tocaba ir a sacar de las neveras y estás neveras están en recepción, así que uno termina con una sensación de que falta servicio ! En general las habitaciones y la locación están bien.

Great potential but doesn't live up to it.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely some areas in which the hotel could improve.
Positives:
Very nice pool, right on the beach, quiet neighborhood, polite and kind front desk staff, room is spacious with good air-conditioning and has a balcony
Areas to improve:
-policy of hotel does not match Hotels.com (hotel called 2 days before reservation asking for a 50% deposit which is not indicated on the reservation)
-communication!! (Our reservation was changed and we were only notified when we saw our room was different after check in, restaurant is operating minimally-the menu board in the restaurant is completely false, there was an incident in which the room flooded and nobody told us despite our bags and some electronics sitting in water for hours)
-Cleanliness & service
(Special holiday dinner was in shambles, served 2 hours late and tables set up after the start of the event, dishes left on the public counter past lunch the day after, highlighted this as a 3 course meal and in reality was a buffet without sufficient plates, glasses, etc)
We were given a 30,000 pesos discount and apologies for our griviences. We still made this a pleasant stay but if we were to do it over, we'd definitely spend our money elsewhere.
