"The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The house is kept very clean, and it's so welcoming. There is space for you to keep your food in the kitchen, as well as coffee in the morning. The rooms have a nice bathroom, and mine had a lovely porch to have breakfast on. You are also welcome to use the other spaces in the house and backyard. All in all, a great visit. We will return."

"We just loved our stay at Chalet Ficalho! The building, grounds and decor all radiated old-world charm. The walled property nestled in a neighborhood felt like a private sanctuary. "An absolutely stunning hotel with an authentic boutique Portuguese feel, in the perfect location, right by the beach. The restaurant had beautiful views of the beach and food was superb. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We’ll definitely be back!"
