“Very friendly and helpful staff”

“After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. The owner was not on site, so I ended up having to share the room with my friend instead of...

“The stay at Palo Santo was excellent! The staff definitely made us feel welcomed and helped us out with the luggage to and from the boat. The room was nice and the breakfast was delicious each morning. The property was quiet and a little run down in areas but nothing that mattered when your in the Galapagos. Surprised it was not busier because the location was fantastic!”
