Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Santa Rosa. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear about the many hurdles that you encountered while a guest at our property. Please know that we have always charged a nominal fee for both pets and and parking at our property. We recently entered Daylight Savings Time and it looks as though we may not have moved your time forward one hour in your guest room and for that we truly apologize. We tested the water temperature in both the shower and sink and both heat to a very acceptable temperature with excellent pressure. I will be sure to ensure that our bar staff has blue cheese available for our scrumptious made to order wings.
