"Not what I expected considering it had high 9 stars! Elevator, hall ways had a strange smell, pool and hot tub areas were dirty. The room its self was ok but the bathroom was not cleaned well.
Breakfast was sub-par, eggs were mushy and fishy tasting needless to say didn't eat them. "
"Staff were friendly but clientele was scary. There were people yelling in the middle of the night and those of us who were trying to have a good nights sleep and head out were woken up and scared. Please clean this place up. "
"Very dirty and unsafe property. Location is excellent but the staff is never available at the front desk or arguing with patrons over broken amenities in the rooms. No water available in the rooms and for what they charge a night you would think they would add a bottle by the bed. In my room a whole electric panel was out of the wall hanging down with exposed wires! Hotel is in the middle of ownership swap with construction going on it seems so they should not be operating like that. The cleaning staff starts loudly tapping in AM upon arrival with no regard for the patrons at all. They treat the morning as their time to pow-wow and party it up it seems exchanging gossip. They knock on the doors without paying attention to the fact DO NOT DISTURB sign is there and then just say “sorry”"
