"I would go to a four star rating but there were a few issues. The floor in my room hadn't been mopped and was sticky and sandy when we checked in. I asked for more towels and it took 6 hours for them to get to my room. I had to get some towels from the pool. The property is older and they tend to focus on the outside of it more so then the inside. We had a great view of the ocean and the room had some up to date features but felt "old' "

"My son & I have made this our annual beach trip celebrating his birthday. This is year 3 for us & our stay was just as good, if not better than all other years. I love that breakfast is included & the hotel is really kid friendly. My son & I made it down for breakfast 5 min after it ended & one of the ladies noticed us & went out of her way to ask if we wanted anything & she fixed our plates. I am overly satisfied & feel so refreshed when we leave. I would be selfish & keep our spot on the hush but you will definitely have an amazing time here solo, as a family, or a couple's trip. We are already planning our next visit!"

"The pool was really nice but it wasn't heated so the water was too cold to get in. I wish they had vending machines to get drinks or snacks late at night but they did open the gift shop for us to grab snacks. We wouldn't have known it was open if we didn't call. The gate was closed when we walked by the lobby. Over all, It was a very relaxing weekend. I am glad my friend and I got to go. We had a wonderful time. "

"The staff was very accommodating! Check-in was beyond easy. Beautiful unobstructed ocean views! The food at the poolside bar is great as well. We enjoyed the brunch twice. Felt quite safe with 2 young children. Will most definitely be back!"

"Convenient location. Restaurants and shopping walkable. The room seemed outdated. Comfortable bed but the room had an odor, maybe in the rugs? maybe from humidity in Florida? The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The coffee shop was nice and convenient. Wasn’t happy I had to pay for parking. Should be included in my stay. I checked in around 3pm and my room wasn’t ready. Had to wait until 4pm - official check in time. I’m sure they could have checked me in and the woman at the counter wasn’t very nice. Had to kill an hour until room was ready and of course there was a huge line. Overall it was okay, but for a Hilton and the high price, I expected more. "
