"Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job! "The air purifier needed a filter change and it rattles along with AC cover. Needs adjusting felt like I was in a big refrigerator warehouse. Still love the place and location Please put a broom and dustpan to sweep "

"Great place on the beach! No breakfast offered, but found food. The little bar by the pool had fantastic drinks and the hamburger was one of the best I’ve had. Enjoyed our visit as a couple. Will come back! I would have thought a hotel this size would have had a shuttle service for its guests. Staff was very pleasant. "
