Great stay

Excellent stay, good food. Always room around the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. You get the usual hotel noise but apart from that very quiet. We had a lovely big room with huge balcony. Our friends werent happy with their bed and they were moved without issue. Lovely hotel and would love to go back. Transfers from and to airport were booked through them and were efficient and friendly. A much more intimate environment than some of the larger hotels.

Très bon sejour en famille. Le service est de qualité. Merci a Enric, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse lors de notre séjour. Le personnel lors des repas était serviable et a l'écoute.

Calidad precio bueno, El bufete libre del desayuno espectacular, toda estaba muy rico. Si tuviera que ponerle una pega.. fue la cama que no toco, solicite una de matrimonio y me dieron dos individuales. Y colchón demasiado bland… por lo demás excelente toda las instalaciones .👍

De personeel en de bediening waren super vriendelijk. De Kamers werden elke dag netjes opgeruimd en we kregen elke dag nieuwe linnengoed en schone handdoeken.Het eten was fantastisch en de personeel die in de restaurant werken waren super aardig.

It is not a superb hotel

Indoor swimming poor and the Jacuzzi was not good at all. Don't rely on the indoor pool at all. It also had no facilities (towel, shampoo, etc.). Staff are very kind.

Very helpful reception lady 😃 food was fab👍we were upgraded without asking to fabulous sea view huge rooms 👌 only negative was VERY loud music from the bar which was just under our room, on our first night 😪

Super dejlig ferie

Skønt hotel, meget rent og kæmpe store værelser med køleskab. Maden var fantastisk,kæmpe udvalg, meget velsmagende og varieret. I den uge vi var der, var der nyt til alle måltider. Super service og imødekommende personale, både i restaurant og reception. Især Fernando og Fausi,som lavede sjov med datteren. Hun elskede det. Fint pool område og god bar, med velsmagende drinks til meget rimelige priser.. aftenshows i særklasse, dansere og afrikansk akrobatik ,som vi så, var virkelig godt og professionelt. Bedre end andet hotel underholdning vi har set andre steder. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste år til dette dejlige sted , vi havde den bedste ferie her. 1000Tak til alt personalet. 10 stjerner ud af 10 !

God service og godt værelse. Lidt kedelig by. Mangler hyggelige spanske restauranter. Mange gæster havde pension ( buffet ) på hotellet. Var også fint men bliver kedeligt hvis for mange dage.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour en famille, hôtel familial, très propre, chambre spacieuse, bonne qualité de la nourriture, personnels compétant et super sympas, bonnes animations pour les enfants. Points négatifs: piscine trop petite pour la capacité de l’hôtel, salle de jeu vieillissante et matériels à changer (billards, table de tennis...), je trouve malsain que la piscine intérieure soit payante vu ce qu’on paye pour notre séjour.

Hotel dal design particolare a forma di transatlantico, personale di lobby gentile e veloce nell'espletare le pratiche del check-in. Parcheggio gratuito, mi ha sorpreso la cassaforte a pagamento. Cibo eccezionale, voto 9/10, Abdul in sala e' un valore aggiunto; il boss della sala ristorante ha atteggiamenti presuntuosi soprattutto con il personale... probabilmente non regge la pressione e sarebbe utile che facesse qualche corso di bon ton. Il wifi non e' veloce. Materassi comodissimi. La spiaggia vicina non e' un granche' e si sente puzza di fogna; raccomando la spiaggia a sinistra del campeggio a 800m circa dall'hotel dove il mare e' anche piu' bello. Stazione del treno a 2 minuti, comodissimo per escursioni.

VACACIONES MUY SATISFACTORIAS

Perfecta estancia con ganas de volver, debido al personal que tienen Vds. no tienen trabajadores, tienen colaboradores, cuídenlos no hay muchos, en atención, amabilidad y profesionalidad están al día muy atentos me refiero a todo el personal, recepción, camareros, bar, limpieza y animadores total TOTS SOU COLLUNUTS. fins el any que be. Cosas que encontré un poco mal, falta de cobertura wifi en habitación y un poco de falta de vigilancia por la gente que no tiene educación sobre todo franceses, que los niños subían al ascensor solos y totalmente mojados, dejando fatal el ascensor y pasillo del piso 4º con riesgo de accidente y culpable, primero los Padres con incompetentes y mal educados y segunda se la carga también el hotel por falta de control en todos estos casos, pero en fin supongo que lo arreglaran. muchas gracias por estas vacaciones que me han dado, les saludo atentamente y sobre todo a los COLABORADORES DEL HOTEL. adiós.
