"First solo trip, hotel was incredible, the reception staff couldn’t do enough to help, assist and guide! Truly amazing! The restaurant staff were not as helpful unfortunately, I was all inclusive and a little intimidated being alone and I felt the staff could have been more encouraging, most days I was nearly finished my food before someone would approach me for a beverage, they would say rather loud, dining alone and then clear the other setting of plates and cutlery from my table, when asking...

"This is a nice hotel. We stayed for two nights. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fine with quite a wide choice. There wasn’t any entertainment on the evenings we were there and as a result the hotel was very quiet."

"We arrived late at night. The check in went very well. The gentleman on reception spoke both very good Spanish and English to accommodate both myself and my partner. The bar was open until 0100hrs so we were able to relax and unwind for 1 hour before going to our room. A great stay. "
