5/5 - Excellent
Beautiful culture, amazing beach!

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind and interested in making our experience the best it could be. The breakfast was delicious and we could see monkeys in the trees while having our morning coffee. The view from the room was a bit obscured but we were so close to the beach it didn't matter. ...

Everything was perfection from the time we arrived until our departure. I will absolutely book this stay again. The staff felt like family and were so kind and hospitable. We traveled to La Fortuna, San Jose, Papagayo and Santa Teresa and Santa Teresa/ the Bohemia Experience was the best hands ...

Beau site propre, avec piscine. Bel accueil. Stationnement surveillé. Juste un peu trop d’escaliers pour se rendre à notre habitation qui était tout au fond. L’hôtel est bien situé, à 3-4 minutes de la plage et des restos.

Beautiful culture, amazing beach!
This area is filled with tourists. It's like putting SoHo in Costa Rica, with expensive, fancy, crowded restaurants, but dirt roads that kick up so much dust you are covered by the time your get to your fancy restaurant. Definitely not authentic.
Beautiful beaches, great food options, people are very nice. Very dusty with the dirt roads being right on top of the restaurants so it's pointless to dress up
Santa Teresa looks to be growing quickly. What was once a sleepy beach village is being found by more people. My guess is it will become more popular as the roads to it and along its beaches improve.
I loved the beaches and the hospitality of every single person at the hotel and the places where we went for food. However, the road could be improved and sidewalks would make walking around the town way safer.
Santa Teresa is off the beaten path. I hope it stays this way and does not lose its charm. Over development will take away its character. Plan on renting an ATV while you are there to get around.
