"Very helpful staff here, delicious breakfast perfect coffee. Extremely clean rooms with guest treats the spa area was very nice although a little more attention could be put to the hot tea and area in the spa. We are going to stay here again at the end of our holiday. Very pleased with it."

"Property was 5 star all the way could not have been better. It was confusing at the beginning when we checked in as we did not have the proper address to meet them as parking is impossible in the old town but they quickly rectified it and it was all uphill from there. The breakfast was spectacular. Their rooms exceeded my expectations. The Spa was lovely just a true five star property in the most perfect location across from the duomo . Most definitely would stay here again and recommend it."
