Disappointment

Rooms were clean, bathrooms are old and have some mold see photos. Staff were excellent but the hotel is in dire need of update. And for 4 stars I expect amenities they didn’t have here.

Great location

The hotel is located in my old neighborhood in Compostela. Perfectly located, close to the hospital (family emergency trip) and to old town. Within walking distance of all the good places. Room was clean and in great condition.

Home away from home.

I liked staying at the EuroStars Grand Hotel. It is definitely a four star, could be a five. The staff is courteous, happy, and very professional. I certainly highly recommend this place and will be included in my memoirs.

A fantastic hotel that instantly reminded me of the elegant decor from the movie Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. The blend of classic charm with modern touches creates a unique atmosphere. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything is spotlessly clean. The central location is perfect—you can reach the cathedral and the university hospital in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

The hotel has beds an a restaurant for breakfast in the 7 floor plus a small restaurant in the reception area for dinner a la carte. No communal areas a part from some sofas in the reception area, does it. Don't expect swimming poll or Gym as the building to do not have those facilities. Very friendly staff.

Reception was a nice area and staff were friendly and helpful. Auto check out by WhatsApp link was easy, if non editable. Room was a reasonable size with a king size bed and stocked fridge, but the mattress was hard. Shower over bath was good, but very difficult to get in/out of. Parking under hotel good and €12/day. Hotel is out of town and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Cathedral square.

Needs renovation and update

It used to be a very nice hotel nut like anything else, hotels need to tay up to date, modernise their services. Nothing was in the room when checked in, no water bottle, no tea or coffee (these are basics and expected to be there in a 4 star hotel not be available upon request! Walls are tiny paper wall, you can hear people in the next room veey well with all details! Breakfast service, and staff were great.

Property was nice and clean but a bit far from the action center. I did not the fact that the hotel does not have coffee and tea and a kettle to have a nice cup of tea at the end of the day
