Great place!

This is a great place to stay, quiet, clean very nice front desk people, beautiful view of santiago, close to restaurants and not far from the subway, i will stay there again! And the price was a bargain!

As good as expected.

It was a lovely soothing place, in a calm area amidst Santiago. I had a nice view from the bedroom and living room. Comfortable furniture. The bathroom was small, but enough for one. Had no problems with running out of hot water or whatsoever. The frontdesk personnel were ready to help whenever needed.

We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job of cleaning/mopping the floors. 3) Provide larger trash cans. But overall, great job!

O atendimento muito bom para check in e outras solicitações porém o quarto não correspondeu ao esperado. O colchão não é confortável. O banho possui tempo determinado para a água quente acabar.o prédio tem bastante ruido: corredores , quartos ao lado e também da rua. Ao lado do hotel tem um estabelecimento: bar ou restaurante e ficaram e dando risadas até a madrugada, impedindo o sono.

A equipe é atenciosa e prestativa. A localização é boa. Fica a cerca de 12 minutos andando até a estação do Metro Salvador. O que não agradou foram os trevesseiros, as toalhas também precisam de atenção. Algumas tinha furos.

Recentemente, tive o prazer de me hospedar no hotel e a experiência foi, em geral, muito positiva. A estrutura do local é boa, com quartos amplos e bem equipados, o que proporcionou uma estadia confortável e agradável. O grande destaque, no entanto, foi o atendimento excepcional da recepção. Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos calorosamente recebidos pela equipe, com uma menção especial às funcionárias Fernanda e Pamela, que fez toda a diferença em nossa estadia. Sempre prestativas e dispostas a ajudar com qualquer solicitação, elas demostraram um profissionalismo exemplar, além de serem extremamente simpáticas. A atenção e o cuidado que elas tiveram conosco tornaram nossa experiência muito mais agradável e acolhedora. Por outro lado, o único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o tamanho do banheiro, que é um pouco pequeno, tornando o banho menos confortável do que esperávamos. Além disso, sentimos falta de mais talheres e copos disponíveis no quarto. No entanto, os eletrodomésticos são todos novos e funcionaram perfeitamente, o que é um ponto positivo. No geral, recomendo o hotel para quem busca uma estadia tranquila, confortável e com atendimento de alta qualidade. Certamente voltaremos!

Hotel deixa a desejar !

Hotel deixa a desejar em muitos aspectos, atendimento da recepção bem amadora, os quartos com paredes sujas e alguns trincos, cortinas velhas, o apto nos foi entregue limpo porem com as vassouras e pazinhas de lixo "enfeitando" o ambiente, outro ponto ruim é que não tem café da manhã, no máximo uma maquininha de café expresso, O Chuveiro só pode ser utilizado por 15 muitos com água quente, estavamos em 3 pessoas e cada pessoa tinha direito a 5 minutos de banho quente, O Hotel pode ser considerado no máximo 2 estrelas ! Agora se vcs quiserem um hotel apenas para dormir os ambientes são grandes (em consideração ao IBIS), o bairro é bem tranquilo, e tem restaurantes por perto !

Localizacao excelente, muito limpo e confortavel. Apenas o ar condicionado era barulhento e o cafe da manha é muito simples, vc recebe um kit. No geral o custo x beneficio é muito bom.

Hotel é divergente das fotos

Pontos negativos: é diferente das fotos, falta manutenção nos quartos, como paredes manchadas e o toalheiro estava quebrado. A limpeza deixa a desejar, vimos pelotes de poeira no chão, água parada embaixo do frigobar, farelos de comida em cima do frigobar. Estávamos em 03 pessoas e cada uma tinha que tomar banho de até 10 min, pois a água não esquenta mais a partir de 30 min de uso. Isso foi muito ruim, pois se quiséssemos tomar banho 2x por dia tínhamos que tomar correndo. Teve um dia que tomamos banho gelado. Tambem tivemos problema com barulho dos vizinhos de cima, as paredes parecem de papel, dá para ouvir tudo. O café da manhã é ok, porém todos os passeios em Santiago partem antes das 7h da manhã, assim ficamos sem tomar café por vários dias. Solicitamos na recepção se podíamos tomar mais cedo e não nos atenderam. Disseram que no dia anterior teríamos que pegar coisas pra comer no café da manhã e guardar no quarto para poder comer no dia seguinte (????). Acredito que não custa nada o hotel deixar umas fatias de pães, geleia e manteiga de potinho, uma fruta e um suco de caixinha individual tipo Del Valle. TODOS os passeios saem antes das 7h, o hotel deveria se adequar. Quanto a localização, é 600 m do metrô, e na rua não há comércios. É preferível ficar mais próximo à rua Manuel Montt, próximo aos hotéis Ibis, onde tem vários restaurantes, supermercados etc. Pontos positivos: internet é ótima, roupas de cama e banho são impecáveis de limpas
