The room was clean and quiet. The staff was SO helpful showing me how to use their computer and printing up my boarding pass. It's a lovely hotel, and I would love to spend more time there next time. This visit was too short to take advantage of their lovely amenities.

Airport shuttle easy to find and very efficient. Driving quite crazy and frightening. Staff bilingual, 24 hours reception and very helpful. Bit noisy overnight as in airport flight path but hotel quiet. Room clean, spacious, comfortable bed, great little garden, indoor and outdoor pool and gym. Would have been good to have kettle and tea/coffee in room. Long buffet breakfast hours but very inflexible if need very early shuttle and refused to even supply sandwich or drink in a bag unlike other airport hotels and wanted to charge more for that.

The rooms were spacious and nice, the only issue is that the rooms seem a little outdated. However, the staff was nice, and the location is conveniently close to the airport.

It is old hotel close to the airport. It is safe, the room was clean but outdated. No USB ports, limited outlets. TV in the room was ok but Netflix was not working. I called 3 times from the airport to understand how to get the transportation to the hotel but the person hang up on me. Finally I asked around the airport and I found out how to get the free van ride. Breakfast was good. It is a good option for a one night stay close to the Santiago airport with a fair price.

Does what it says on the label

This is a three star airport hotel conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, if a little dated. The restaurant is reasonably good and reasonably priced. There is a free shuttle service on the hour. Rack prices are too expensive, but at the just under 100 dollars I paid, this is a good option.

Old hotel that is currently getting renovated. One of the oldest hotels in Chile. Even though it is further to get to from the airport, the hotel pays for a taxi van with others to get to and from the airport. Bed was comfy slept well. Complementary breakfast. Good wifi

The hotel clearly hasnt had anything done to it in 40 years. They are now doing renovations and the drilling didnt stop until 18:00. They should shut the hotel until renovations are complete

I don't think the air conditioner worked in my room - although it obviously had one. It was hot and I couldn't get the room any cooler. Windows didn't open as in other Chilean hotels I stayed at. Other than that, this was a nice hotel and convenient for the airport. The free shuttle runs 24 hours, you just have to let them know what time you need. The restaurant was convenient but just regular bar/grill type food. This is a standard convenient-for-the-airport type of hotel. Everyone was friendly and courteous and they allowed me early check in. I chose a Chilean chain rather than an American chain, which there were plenty of on the same block - but I couldn't help wondering if they would have been better (i.e. cooler) or if the lack of adequate air conditioning thing is just typical for the area.
