Good price, reek of cigarettes

For the price, the room was comfortable and clean. However, even if the building is entirely smoke free, our floor and room has a bad cigarette stink. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good, near a metro station and a lot of restaurants and stores.

It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. They work very hard for the guests. They also speak excellent English. The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Shoutouts to Rodrigo and Oliver who were so helpful and worked do hard.

I checked in to find a card on my bed asking for a tip. Bad first impression I have to say. I am not opposed to tipping but there has to be a service done. Why would you just ask for money when you literally haven’t done anything? Leave a water bottle or something at least. The room was the size of a closet and the fan/ac unit did not work. At least the front desk wasn’t bad. The girl working was nice. Silver lining right?

Hotel padrão Ibis, quarto pequeno, mas funcional, possui ar condicionado, 1 cadeira, um armário com alguns cabides para pendurar roupas e 1TV. O banheiro tem box, secador de cabelo, chuveiro forte e água esquenta bem. O café da manhã é bom, possui ovo, pães, algumas frutas ( cereja, banana, maçã, laranja), patê de abacate, sucos( de máquina), café, chá, leite, iogurte. O check in era às 15h e nos permitiram entrar às 14h. Possui 3 elevadores.
