The room is big and very clean. Staff is very friendly and it's a great airport hotel if you have to spend the night while waiting for your flight or cruise. The restaurant is open until 10.30 pm and serves delicious food and the process of Check-in is seamless. The hotel also offers complimentary transfers to/from the airport.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was very enjoyable. It was also convenient that the hotel allowed us to store our bags while we explored the city. Before picking up our bags, we stopped at the restaurant for a quick bite, but the menu was very limited (only pizza and burgers) because they were preparing for the New Year’s Eve celebration. My main complaint is that the beers and water were not cold — even in the bar — and the fridge did not keep drinks cold. That was disappointing during Santiago’s summer season.

We stayed here on our way back and forth from our trip to Puerto natales. However the service could be lot better than what we expected it be for a marriot hotel to be. We were denied water/hotwater on the first night stay at this place forget about serving breakfast. On our way back we did receive, complimentary brkfst however with very limited options. Also the shuttle service & the dirver itself were great but instructions guven to them were terrible and due to lang barrier we had a huge differenceand were worried for a bit. Otherwise hotel itself was ok.

Great airport hotel with many amenities.

This is a great hotel near the airport with a free airport shuttle. The price was reasonable, the accommodations very comfortable, with a nice pool and gym.

Great stay for first night in Santiago

We were very happy with our stay. The flight landed very late so it was convenient to be so close to the airport and to have the shuttle service. Also very happy that the restaurant is open 24 hours to satisfy our late hunger.

Great value for money and excellent service

There was a miscommunication error in the pick up but the staff was super helpful and let me and my baby have a late check out, which was extremely helpful having a late flight. The staff service was exceptional!
