I did not like the hotel. The rooms were small and I ended up getting a knock on my door at 730 pm regarding loud noise but there was non , I was talking to my aunt in the room and we weren’t screaming. The pool was a bit dirty. The food was horrible. I had to pay for the buffet too. I will not be returning .

There was no hot water, couldn't sleep all night because if a loud disco music from below, TV wasn't working and I went to ask for another room and the receptionist didn't even pay attention to me, finally told me she couldn't make any changes. Plus, at 8am, after I couldn't sleep from the music all night, a maid knocked on my door at 8am very hard and woke me up.

The room is outdated, changing of sheets rarely (never) and 7th floor was horrendous. The worst food I ever had in the Dominican Republic;however, some of the staff were decent. Nonetheless, the hotel has potential,but, it needs work.
