The staff discriminated against my father because he looked Dominican. It is unacceptable to treat people like they’re insignificant just because of they don’t wear expensive clothes or look European. Customer service should be given to everyone equally. My husband got all the bells and whistles and my father bare got told what floor his room was at and wasn’t instructed on how to get around the hotel. I will never book here again. The property is beautiful, but your respect for all people is mediocre.
