"Incredible stay! The cabin was large and spacious with a beautiful big fire place which the staff help to light. The bath was amazing and the bed so comfortable! Each morning we played tennis and then enjoyed the sauna. We didn’t even realize there were other amenities when booking since there were no photos of the pool or shared spaces. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this stay! "

"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at El Santuario! The location is breathtaking. We went Monday through Wednesday, so the resort itself was pretty empty. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the bed was comfortable. We went to the Spa and felt total bliss. It was magical. For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English. Overall, we would highly recommend El Santuario to anyone who is looking for a serene spot to relax and reset. Valle de Bravo, Mexico is a gorgeous area and while we didn't leave the resort, we would have absolutely loved to explore the little lake town. "

"It's beautiful, and the staff are highly qualified to make your stay the best one, even if they have to add extra hours to their busy schedules. I appreciated their flexibility in letting me use an area for stretching, which the hotel doesn't have, or a fitness room, but there are open spaces.
