We absolutely LOVED staying here! The room was beautiful, clean and the bed so comfortable! Just off the main beach front promenade for shopping & tons of dining options. The staff was super friendly - Lefteri and his son Dimitrious were helpful with planning excursions and making recommendations for dining and sunset watching in Fira. We were spoiled every morning with an amazing breakfast delivered right to our pool side terrace. Starting each day with the sounds of waves rolling in, delicious food and a picturesque view was perfect to celebrate 30 years of marriage. We definitely plan a return to Santorini and will stay at the beautiful and picturesque KALYA Suites again!

We stayed here for our first 2 nights on Santorini and it was fabulous. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was lovely and breakfast delicious. The location was great - right on the beach. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. My son was unwell and had to go to hospital and they really went above and beyond to support us. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Great place

Hotel was beautiful and the owner and his son were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were gorgeous , cleaners came in everyday. Close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Pool area so quiet and relaxing . perfect location. Very disappointed with breakfast , you do not get it delivered to your room , you have to go to a nearby restaurant which has a limited /poor set menu. we only went once all week. Otherwise it is perfect. Thank you to all the staff

The hotel isn't right on the beach, but it's only a minute's walk away, which makes it quieter and more private. There's an almost 24-hour little mini shop beside the hotel with nearly everything you could need, and there's an ATM right out front. Oh, and the host is the best—super nice and hospitable. He even helped us book a taxi and rent a car!

Our favourite stay in Santorini was at Kalya Suites! The hotel was absolutely amazing, and our room was spacious, clean and modern. The balconies were private and ours offered a beautiful view on the sea where we were served breakfast in the morning. The staff was amazing! We had arranged transportation from the airport to Kalya Suites, and three staff members were awaiting us at the entrance of the hotel helping us with our luggage and with the check-in process. The pool was super quiet and peaceful, with bar service offered from morning to late evening. Other hotels on the Main Street across the beach were not that private, and we felt very fortunate to have book at Kalya Suites for more privacy. The hotel is also located a minute walk away from the beach, restaurants and shops on the main street but far enough from the relatively loud downtown Kamari. We are already hoping to come back soon, and would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Kalya Suites from May 1-May 7. We had an excellent stay. As soon as we arrived, the welcome party was there, Savvas, Popi, Kali, and John (not sure if that's how his name is spelled.) The hotel room was spacious, with a balcony- good view of the water. the hotel has a very nice pool area- unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it because its was cool during those days, and we were always on the go. Daily breakfast is served in your room, for the specific time that you request- just be sure to check the food items for the next day. Best of all is the staff- they are the most accommodating, patient, and easy to talk to. Savvas is the best- whenever we needed something, or help- he has the answer, and he will take care of it. He was always available, and always had a bright smile. Popi, and Betty- the front desk staff- so pleasant, and personable. Never a dull moment with them. The other staff members were very helpful as well. The hotel is accessible to the beach, and the restaurants. The hotel is in Kamari- seaside area, and it is more laid back, accessible to a lot of things. If in the future I return to Santorini, Kalya Suites will be my hotel of choice. Thank you Savvas, and staff for making our stay a memorable one.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kalya Suites (again). The rooms have been renovated and are now very on trend. The mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the mini bar was a great addition to the room, cold drinks on tap!. The breakfast served on the terrace was superb. The staff are all so friendly and helpful from the cleaners to the management. Due to coronavirus we deliberately avoid the pool area on this visit but that was personal choice, the pool is great though. We would definitely return again & again.

A very good choice

A good choice of hotel. We were very happy there. I would have given 10/10 perfect score but for the bathroom which was very, very small, and in common with many other places, the shower curtain just was not good enough to keep water from straying outside. Otherwise it was very good. The bedroom was great. The whole place was clean and the breakfast excellent. Location could hardly be better.

Loved everything about this place. But (and it's a big "but"), the hotel and nearby beach are located in the flight path of planes coming into the nearby airport. I don't know if this pattern is everyday but it was all day and part of the night while we were there. Quite loud!

Comincio con il dire che l'albergo ha un ottima posizione per chi si reca a Santorini.si trova in una zona piena di localini; il bello di questo hotel , suites o come lo si vuole chiamare finisce qui. Al mattino dovevamo farci la doccia con l' acqua fredda perché quella calda abbiamo poi scoperto arrivava intorno alle 10, molto probabilmente perché tutto il sistema era gestito da pannelli solari che solo riscaldandosi mandavano acqua calda. La pulizia era pessima, quando siamo arrivati il wc era sporco così come le lenzuola, l 'abbiamo fatto presente al tizio che gestiva la piscinetta situata nella struttura che si è quasi meravigliato di quanto detto tant è che ha voluto addirittura vederle prima di cambiarle!!! Può capitare..anche se non dovrebbe ma quasi non credere a ciò che dice un ospite non mi sembra professionale. Letto scomodissimo..armadi non proprio profumatissimi, tanto che abbiamo dovuto tenere i vestiti in valigia per 1 settimana!! ditate su tutte le ante. Parliamo della sala esterna per le colazioni..il pavimento perennemente sporco di residui di cibo cosi come le varie stoviglie che contenevano gli alimenti. Io non lo consiglieri

Property was disappointing overall and would not recommend this place. Cleanliness of the room was an issue. The shelf beneath the sink was dirty- full of dust and dirt. Floor of the room felt sticky from the cleaning product they use. On my last day, the water wouldn’t quite drain from the shower and when I looked at the drain, i pulled out clumps of hair. Granted it was my hair, but clearly they didn’t clean it for several days. stayed a week and midweek, I placed the bath mat towel in the corner of the bathroom to indicate I wanted a new one. They just put it right back. The next day, I crumpled it and put it by the door. Nope, still put it back but this time, they flipped the bath mat to the other side. I had to tell them I wanted a new bath mat towel. Also, breakfast was supposed to be served from 8 AM to 10 AM. Breakfast was never ready at 8 am- the girl who whose job it was to put out the food was just getting ready to put the food out at 8 am while checking her phone, eating her cereal, and trying to wake up. I had a tour booked who were coming to pick me up at 8:30. Needless to say, I didn’t have breakfast that day, except for a slice of ham and cheese. Breakfast is mediocre- don’t expect much. Lastly, I would think twice about eating the fruit salad. I saw the girl coughing while cutting the fruit to put in the bowl- doesn’t have a clue about basic food hygiene. The same girl also cleans the room- hello dirty room.
