Sabrina made our stay amazing! She was the most helpful and made our vacation more relaxing for us. The views off our balcony were incredible, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfasts in the morning were delicious. I highly recommend staying here!

The property is well maintained and is easily one of the best locations in Santorini with easy access to both sides of the island and the views. We enjoyed our walks and just chilling with the views from our room.

Unbeatable location! Top notch service and facility. Sabrina is so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Also we really liked the breakfas. Eating breakfast while sitting at the porch is the best experience I’ve ever had in my life.

The view is more than perfect. The room is just outside the blue dome and you cannot find it elsewhere. I would like to special thanks to the reception lady Sabrina - she helped to arrange everything for my stay with warm welcome. Also prompt reply to my queries and any issues during the stay. Making my husband’s birthday trip to be a very memorable one. Thank you very much.

Vista incrível e ótimo atendimento

Lugar incrível com uma vista fascinante. Mas o melhor de tudo mesmo foi o atendimento da guest relation do hotel, a Elena. Ela acompanhou a gente por WhatsApp desde a saída do Brasil e fez de tudo para a nossa estadia ser maravilhosa. É um ótimo local pra ficar e com um atendimento maravilhoso!

The cave suite was beautiful and very clean. Elena was a wonderful hostess and extremely accommodating. She was in constant communication with us. The view was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Daily breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantástico! Melhor localização de Santorini com um visual de tirar o fôlego. No ponto turístico mais disputado, as cúpulas azuis. Filas gigantes para tirar foto no local, e você praticamente pode tocar nas cúpulas. Você pode tirar gotos lindas da sua varanda. Apesar disso é tranquilo pra chegar ao hotel e silencioso, os turistas não chegam até o ponto no hotel, só os hóspedes. Sabrina, a anfitriã, foi maravilhosa e nos ajudou muito. Contratamos também o transfer para chegar e sair do hotel e foi ótimo porque não nos preocupamos com malas. Em relação ao pôr do sol, você não tem uma visão direta do sol porque a “ montanha” fica na frente, mas você pode ver o pôr do sol do castelo que fica bem próximo, ou na minha opinião, ir pra outra vila ( alugamos carro) e ver o pôr do sol de Imerovigli ( espetacular). Ficar no LUXUS com certeza mudou a experiência da nossa viagem! Você dorme e acorda com um visual de arrepiar, faz Santorini ficar mais linda ainda! Voltaria mil vezes para esse hotel!

Amazing views and best service

This place is AMAZING. The views of the caldera were unbeatable. Truly, one of the most beautiful places I stayed. Moreover, Anastasia (the concierge) was fantastic -- she arranged EVERYTHING for us and was very responsive. I wish we stayed here last on our Greece trip b/c we got very spoiled here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Grand unobstructed view of the famous blue domes. Super friendly and attentive staff. They will help carry your luggage to your room when you check in and check out. I would recommend paying them to pick you up from and to the airport, trust me, don’t deal with the public buses.

amazing view, amazing staff, amazing suite!

The best hotel hands down in Oia! I booked this suite for my honeymoon and it was the best location hands down. The staff was amazing and so friendly during our stay we didn’t want to leave. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We splurged and booked the room with a private jacuzzi and view of the Caldera in the blue dome (not the cave suite) and it was well worth it. The accommodations were great and I highly recommend this place solely for the amazing attention to detail and the caring staff. Breakfast was amazing and custom made every morning. Very clean and amenities were excellent.

Host Zina was great. She has been communicating before we arrived and helped with arrangements for the transportation. She was always available for any questions. During our trip airlines delayed baggage. When the airlines delivered the baggage to main reception, Zina even arranged to get them to delivered to the room. The location of the property is amazing. You are in front of two blue domes. I will stay again in the place

The property host Anastasia was amazing and very helpful and caring about her guests. She made a lot of recommendations where to go nice spots and excellent restaurants to eat in Santorini. She will coordinate as far as what you want for breakfast every morning and always check on us if everything’s okay and asking if we need anything from her. She is really a big asset for her employer. I also want to mention about her helper who carried our luggages, forgot to ask his name but he was so nice and very happy to do his work. Thanks also to the guy who always bring our breakfast and he was a very nice and hard working person.

The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. So if it wasn’t for Anastasia taking the time to greet us when we arrived there was no way we would have been able to find the property since there is no lobby. Anastasia was super helpful. Always available via phone with helpful information and assisted us in making reservations. I will gladly stay here again. The best service!!!

The suite has spectacular views of the blue domes and is centrally located. Just keep in mind it’s right by the domes, so there’s constant foot traffic. If you value privacy, this may not be the best fit. The room was sparkling clean. However the bathtub is a little run down. The fridge was stocked with bottled water. We were welcomed with wine, fruits, and crackers. The porter service was excellent. Be sure to tip, as there are many steps and their help was essential. Breakfast was a great touch and saved us time in the mornings. Elena was an amazing hostess. She responded right away when I had trouble with the iron and realized I hadn’t pushed the plug in all the way. She was very attentive and sent lots of helpful recommendations. Highly recommended.

Best Cave Stay Ever!

Everything and everything was amazing! Anastasia the host was so nice and friendly!! She made sure that we were taken care of! She arranged our dinner reservations, transports and many more things and gave us some amazing recommendations as well ! Was amazing to wake up to breakfast every morning and was lovely to see the cleaner as she was so nice and helpful! Made the rooms spotless honestly. Was always stocked with wine and grapes and water which was amazing to have after a hot day…the luggage carrier (savvas) was also amazing throughout this whole stay from maintenance to any other needs we had. Anastasia also helped us arrange a rental car for a good price which was really good. I was also really sick for a few days and honestly she was amazing, she gave me medication from the pharmacy and made me feel 1000% better which i thank her so much for!!! She also provided me a map for the island with recommended places to go to. I still have alot to say but overall this has been an outstanding cave stay with the jacuzzi!!! And if im ever back in santorini…I will be back again to this same place!!! Hope who ever books this place you will enjoy it as much as i did! Thank you so much for everything!!!
