Staff members were friendly and helpful. The services were excellent. They helped us coordinate for shuttle transfer to OIA and car rental. The outdoor private hot tub was cleaned daily.

We were very happy with our stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. People working front desk were very kind and helpful. They have a courtesy shuttle to bring you and pick you up in main area of oia which was convenient to have as it saves the walk uphill and roads aren’t safest for walking due to traffic.the breakfast was delicious, able to pick items from a menu and delivered to room. Pool area is great, view of sea is fantastic. Each room seemed to have its own hot tub and large balcony area. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

I like how spacious the room was l. Also, I liked the location and the breakfast options. I didn’t appreciate that they set expectations that were not met like picking you up at a specific time and didn’t happen or fixing the tv and never happened.

Property was beautiful. We had a room with jacuzzi tub and sun bed on balcony, wonderful. Staff were over and above efficient and helpful. One note - shuttle is not included for airport transfers, booked through hotel is about $60 euros each way. Breakfast delivered to room each day was amazing and plenty of choice. Meals at restuarant were great but a little expensive. Would definitely stay there again if we went back to Santorini.

Stayed at this hotel with family of 4! Rooms were spacious! Pool was beautiful with beautiful view of the city!We opted for the package that includes breakfast...breakfast served to your room delish! Shuttle vehicle to Oia was convenient and gym was cute for weights! Service was amazing and staff was very helpful! If you need anything just. Ask they will try to accommodate you! Location is a little out there but peaceful and I took advantage of the sidewalks for morning runs with a view! Overall beautiful experience! Oh and we all loved getting in the hot tub at night...so relaxing!

Perfect location in Oia!

Wow, Wow, Wow! We loved this hotel. We did have an opening issue with our booking so maybe we should have confirmed our booking before arriving. They were able to accommodate us and got our room ready. The restaurant at the property was excellent. The selection for the breakfast each evening was wonderful as it arrived at our door at our selected time each morning. This hotel is quiet and away from the busy part of Oia, but a close enough walk of 10-15 minutes. The "secret path" is easy to walk and leads right to the center of Oia. The pool is wonderful at just the right temperature with plenty of seating and umbrellas around the pool. We had a room with a hot tub outside which was a nice private area to enjoy. The view over the bay with the islands in the distance was nice. We also had a perfect sunset view. The bedroom was a good size. We found this hotel excellent and will choose it again if we are ever in Santorini.

Beautiful property but there were a few things that could be improved. There is next to no privacy when you go onto the balcony; perhaps add privacy screens to adjacent rooms - you are rubbing shoulders with your neighbour if you have breakfast on the balcony; there is next to no storage for clothes; very impractical from a traveller’s viewpoint coming from afar and travelling for 5 weeks with two large suitcases. we had an iron in our room but no ironing board - it took 2 separate requests and 6 hours to arrive after checkin. Our bath room and bedroom flooded with first shower after arriving - apparently clogged by build up of hair in the drain. It took two phone calls to reception and almost an hour for maintenance to arrive; we ended up getting three pool towels to mop up water in the rooms as no one came to assist. After the first day, things went more smoothly. The staff were very good generally but you do feel like a credit card with lots of upselling to their associated business activities. The breakfast was fabulous. Rooms well air conditioned. No air con in gym which was stifling. High price and not sure it represented value for money.

This property is close to Oia and they provide transportation. The staff were excellent there especially Demetrius in the restaurant/pool, if you needed anything he was right there to help.

We had a great stay and highly recommend the Myst Boutique. The staff (and owner, whom we met) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless and in excellent condition. The pool is beautiful. The key is making sure you understand the location. It is just outside the center of Oia and does not overlook the Caldera, and the rates reflect that. The good news is you are away from all the crowds and noise, and the hotel staff is great about arranging rides and pickups, which can get you to Oia in five minutes. Definitely consider the Myst if you are planning a Santorini visit.

Séjour incroyable, l'hôtel est à l'écart du centre d'Oia mais une navette gratuite vous y emmene en 5mn sur demande via WhatsApp. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est un bonus non négligeable. Stationnement facile dans un espace dédié à côté de l'hôtel, délicieux petit déjeuner customisable servi en chambre tous les jours. Le restaurant est également très bon.

Lækkert hotel men service lever ikke op til

Dejligt hotel med lækker pool og morgenmad. Det eneste minus var personalet på hotellet, nogle var ikke så serviceminded fx personalet i receptionen. Ift. hvor meget man betaler for en overnatning, var servicen ringe og man følte sig ikke altid velkommen. Rengøringspersonalet var super flinke og nogle enkelte i restauranten.
