At Unique Suites we had a wonderful room with a gorgeous view and a hot tub. The bathroom was in that Greek "cave" design. So cute! The room was clean and comfortable. We thought we had an issue with hot water, but that was us being dopey and turning the faucet in the wrong direction. We called reception and someone showed up immediately. As I said, that was.our error. No complaints at all! Our experience was fantastic. Also, there are shops/markets very close nearby. The road was close to our particular room, but upon closing our room door we didn't hear much at all. To walk to the bus stop is about a 10 minute walk. Taxis are waiting everywhere. The walkway to Oia or Fira was just 50?? feet away or closer, depending on the location of your room. The beautiful restaurants overlooking the Caldera were a short walk away too. However, you don't need to go anywhere to see the gorgeous sunset. Just stay on your balcony/patio.We loved it there!

The room was nice and clean, we had no complaints. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the hot tub was nice and plenty warm for how warm it was outside and the view was amazing. You definitely don't need to go find a sunset view of you don't want. Just watch from your hot tub!

Great communication, clean, excellent sunset view. I would say with the amount you pay, you’d expect at least a breakfast provided given than most places around don’t open early.

Kate the owner was wonderful. She was accommodating and just a really nice and professional woman. Her staff was also wonderful. They helped us with anything we needed. This was the best place for my 68th birthday. I will be going back.

Bueno la propiedad muy lindo y todo bonito lugar y una vista imprecionante lo unico malo de todo esto fue el servicio desde que me contacte con ellos dijieron ya no tenian servicio de transporte cuando en la reservacion dijieron que la proveherian so estube obligado a pagar 35 euros por cada viaje. Luego al dia siguiente de mi llegada resibi un mensaje diciendo que habia mucho ruido despues de las 11pm lo cual al dia siguiente tratamos de no hacer ruido hasta muy tarde luego el servicio al cuarto solo lo utilize una sola ves y solo cambiaron savanas y pusieron mas toallas muy deprimente. La tina de hidromasaje lo usamos un par de veces porqué la señora era la que lo prendia y lo apagaba a la hora que ella queria algunas cosas rotas y el dia domingo no tubimos agua por medio dia y al querer comunicarme con la señora nunca contesto Para finalizar la señora nos escribio el dia del check out para decirme que nosotros aviasmos dejado un cochinero y que avia yo puesto soap a la tina y todo el cuarto tenia espuma segun ella y que me iba a cobrar 200 euros le conteste diciendo que estaba bien que yo tenia pruevas de como dej3 3l cuarto y que haci como ella iva hablar con expidia yo tambien iba hacerlo y m3 contesto amenasandome diciendo que le diria a todos los residentes de la isla para que cuando quiera refresar no le dejen regresar a lo cual ya hable con expidia y ellos se encargaran de hablar y arreglar esto. Llevo mas de 10 años usando expidia y nunca me a pasado algo haci

While the location was nice with a beautiful view and baloney, the hot tub was lukewarm at best despite being turned on all day. Office is not open at all times and we could not reach the staff when trying to check out in the morning. Although they claim to provide airport shuttle, they no longer do that, but did not update the webpage. They also do not respond timely to text messages, so we didn’t know if someone would be there when we arrived at 8pm nor were we offered alternative transportation suggestions. We walked about 2 miles to make it by our proposed time because nobody was communicating with us. The taxi would have been 45 Euros and the bus would have been an hour wait. So we walked fast in the heat with our bags to get there. Luckily someone was there. Two days later, we again could not reach the staff by phone when trying to check out at 8am so we had to just leave the key to try to make our transportation. The place itself is clean and modern with typically amenities. Just wish the hot tub worked for us. We didn’t try it until our last night so it was too late to call them and our cell phone wouldn’t be able to call anyway. When we expressed our issues upon check out, we revived a snarky response with no empathy. Disappointed with the service.

Everything about this hotel was 10/10. Lovely clean rooms, pool was amazing and ideally positioned in front of the amazing sunset, which I believe is better here than anywhere else on the island (including Oia). This hotel was positioned higher than all the others below so you get lovely privacy obtop of everything else. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The best place to see the sunset in early October. Beautiful hotel, not crowded area like Oía or Fira center. The best choice in Santorini.

I had a lovely stay here and didn’t want to leave! The most amazing sunsets with spectacular views every day and evening! A great peaceful location where it was easy to access everything around the island either by foot or by bus. The owner allowed me to leave my luggage securely after checking out as I had a later flight and booked a taxi to the airport for me. She responded quickly via email.

Overall amazing hotel! The rooms were spacious, jacuzzi was spectacular ( especially after walking to Fira) but the view was amazing. The staff were wonderful from arranging transportation from airport & to the port. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfortable and spacious!

An amazing stay in Imerovigli. Amazing views of the Caldera! The only drawback was the drainage of the shower and basin- it does take some time for it to drain and subside.

All properties in Santorini are crowded so it is nearly impossible to avoid your neighbors snd other tourists but this place was as good as I can imagine and in the middle of everything.

The sunset view from my room was spectacular and very romantic. The indoor hot tub was a treat too. Room was clean and service was good. There are a handful of nice restaurants in the area nearby. I imagine finding parking during high season might be a challenge, but we always found a parking spot during our stay in April. Very relaxing location in general without much traffic because it’s in a sort of cul-de-sac. Preferred to keep doors and windows shut during our stay because there were lots of flies and some other critters in the area and some of them made it into our room, but we took care of them fast.

Kate at reception was very prompt on reply and any query or questions we had. Small property with not much to do. But room has amazing location sunset from balcony or from indoor out tub jacuzzi was prefect!!!
