"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. Although the property is well located, has a beautiful structure, and offers spacious rooms, the condition and maintenance did not match the price or the luxury experience being advertised. The upper bedroom had a mosquito problem, the towels were old and stained with bleach, and the small pool appeared poorly maintained, with dirty-looking water and mold-like buildup around the edges. "On arrival it wasn't exactly clean but then day after daily clean was great, Staff is friendly but one in particular was had a communication breakdown. Balcony and view was amazing but the neighbours was making noises a few times even once late at night waking us up 3am. Hot tub was great. Cons side is the ceiling shower and a body shower was bad, wasn't strong and leaking. Not alot of food options in the hotel area. Mainly bathroom is an issue. Bed was rock hard but didn’t exactly bothered...
