Excellent stay! The hotel is located in a very safe and convenient area, perfect for exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

Good hotel

Modern hotel in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Easy to find and access by car. Super friendly staff. Sophia in the breakfast restaurant is a beauty. The curly girl in the reception helped us a lot with recommendations and taxi bookings. The room is spacious with all the basics. Good aircon, possible to open windows. Water pressure and hot water good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fitness area is decent for a hotel. Rooftop bar and pool available on 32nd floor. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if ever flying back to Santos.

Nice location and nice view. I’ve had some problems with AC in both rooms but as I was staying only one night, not a huge deal. Friendly staff willing to solve the issues.

The HVAC must be cleaned immediatelly. The smell of mold was very strong even when the air conditioning was not running in the room. The smell was also strong on the 6th floor, during breakfast. One window was visible damaged in the breakfast room (see photo). Staff was very friendly but that was not enough to conpensate for the strong smell of mold.

Great stay in Santos

The room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 18th floor and could see the ocean from it (even thou the building is a few blocks from the beach). My son slept in a side sofá, which was ok. Breakfast is a little extra but it was worthy and it is cheaper if you buy in advance. All staff was helpful and well-trained. Location is also nice, close to a mall and to Santos’ gastronomic street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

There isn't air conditioner inside the elevators and halls. The pool is very small, with only 3 recliner chairs, breakfast with limited options, same food every day, pool bar Very expensive!!!

Ficamos no hotel pela boa localização e por eles aceitarem pets, já que durante nossa estadia meu cachorrinho precisou passar por um procedimento cirúrgico. O pessoal do Vallet e da recepção foram todos muito prestativos e nos receberam muito bem. O quarto foi uma decepção, já sentimos um cheiro ruim desde o corredor e também ao entrar no quarto. Minha irmã encontrou na cama dela cabelo e sujeira no lençol abaixo do cobertor, além disso, o ambiente estava úmido. Tinha bastante mofo e umidade tanto no quarto quanto no banheiro, o quarto é ok mas precisa de manutenção. A academia do hotel é boa para fazer aeróbio, e também gostamos do café da manhã. Pelo preço que paguei achei caro devido as condições do quarto que foi nos oferecido, não sei se oferecem quartos mais antigos para hóspedes que viajam com cachorro

O hotel precisa de cuidados estruturais. No quarto encontramos às cortinas mofadas, móveis em estado deteriorado principalmente no banheiro que estava bem precário. A academia faltando acessórios para utilização dos equipamentos existentes. Enfim, como falei o hotel precisa urgente de cuidados estruturais... O café da manhã é variado. Porém, com itens com pouca qualidade, não fazendo jus ao padrão que esperamos do Novotel. Como ponto positivo, destaco a localização que é excelente!
