Its a comfortable hotel on a very nice stretch of beach- Yalong Bay. The area is not exactly the 'Hawaii of China' as its stated to be. That's overstated. The room was adequate and comfortable and the food prices were exorbitant for what you get. Breakfast also good but very limited Western food.

Sanya, und vorallem dieser Stand ist echt sehr schön. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und hat kostenlose Liegen mit großen Schirmen. Die Hotelzimmer sind großzügig. Buffet ist groß und viele Restaurants. Guter Eindruck

Room rates are way overpriced for what they offer. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in Thailand where I received a welcome drink, fruit basket, stocked minibar and more for half the price. None of these things were offered. The food at all outlets is shocking! I wonder if the GM ever eats there? My room was not very clean. Upon entering the room the floor was still wet from cleaning. The swimming pools are nice and location is good near to the beach, but I would not stay here again.

Comfortable stay

Check-in has slow and delayed, but they provided a late check-out which was very helpful. Breakfast was tasty, but incredibly busy and understaffed in the egg and noodle section. Overall the hotel pools and beach area were excellent. Very comfortable rooms and facilities.

Despite some early booking issues Hilton really stepped up their game and I had a great stay. I would highly recommend the Hilton Yalong Bay. The GM, Arthur cares and really took care of me. Amazing hotel, good service and great pool. I will certainly be going back

We'll be back

We'd come back. The hotel was clean, attractive, and in a good location on the beach and walking distance from outside restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the grounds. I used the fitness centre and it was very good, but not excellent. The staff was great and the restaurant food outstanding, and not as expensive as we had feared it would be. We live in Shenzhen and are Chinese speakers, which helped. Most staff seem to not have good English skills, which is to be expected in Hainan.

Nice Resort!

A nice and well-maintained resort. The staff are super friendly and well-trained with a high level of English proficiency. The resort lacks a bit in dining options as most restaurants close the whole day despite signs stating otherwise. The dinner buffet in the "Big Kitchen" is insanely overpriced even by resort standards. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Pools are very nice and clean but there is a shortage of sun beds and umbrellas during busy time. Most of the pools close before the sun even goes down (7pm) which is pretty disappointing as it forces all guests into just one pool in the evening. Spa services are top-notch and priced as such.

Not luxury --don't be fooled.

This is just not up to par with international Hilton property standards. Don't bee fooled by the five stars --this is NOT luxury. However, it is an alright accommodation for the money.

不错

并没有网上所说很旧的感觉，适合带小孩的家庭。不同深度的泳池，靠近很多餐厅，并且可以免费接送。出行也很方便，还有沙滩。挺好的。明年应该还会选择

飯店內有很多娛樂的項目，讓你在飯店裏一點都不無聊。附近有購物中心很方便，還有高爾夫球場等。離熱帶雨林森林公園也很近還有接泊。很棒的住宿地點

Очень красивое место, отель соответствует 5*. Прекрасные завтраки. В ресторане очень вкусно готовят утку по пекински. Очень комфортный и большой номер. Море чистое. Очень много приезжают с детьми. Wi- fi работает прилично.

I really have nothing but good things to say about this hotel- everything was wonderful and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and polite and accommodating. I definitely recommend springing for the breakfast buffet included, as the Hilton is a fair distance from any other eating options I think. There are several restaurants inside the hotel to choose from for dinner, as well as an outdoor giant evening buffet (for $40 US I believe?) Well worth it if you love seafood. The Chinese fine dining restaurant is a must see if you are a foodie- they have several Chinese delicacies including Bird's Nest Soup, Hashima dessert (frog ovaries with plum soup), and local crab and seafood. They also have Western options, including NZ lamb, wasabi prawns, steaks. The breakfast buffet was huge, and provided many, many Western and Eastern options. It was akin to Golden Corral in its range of cold and hot food options, cannot recommend highly enough. Big Shoutout to Safai Paudei for being an excellent concierge! We definitely felt safe and pampered within the walls of the Hilton resort. The pools were many and gorgeous and well-maintained, the gardens are sprawling and arranged in a way that you feel in a tropical oasis, not in a hotel complex. If you get a room on the ground floor facing in, you can have a private lagoon pool right outside your sliding door that connects to the other pools. The architects really had a lot of fun! I highly recommend this hotel!
