muito boa

as acomodações são boas, cafe da manha excelente, a educação dos funcionários e ótima, o estacionamento e bom para manobra, o uso do wi-fi e bom. porem a tv tem que melhorar os canais ficam saindo as frequências.. deveria ter almoço no local ou indicação de onde o hospede pode almoçar, deveria ter um cafe da tarde, porque quem não gosta de um cafe depois das 16:00 horas, a agua da piscina tem um bom espaço so faltou a limpeza dela que eu achei que devido ao uso deveria ter uma limpeza. porque ficou muito inseto morto na agua. em resumo eu indico o hotel. apesar de algumas coisas . eu pretendo retornar la.

Sem tomadas disponíveis no quarto

Chegamos quase 14h e um de nossos quartos ainda nao estava limpo para entrarmos (mesmo com o check in disponível a partir das 12h). Quarto sem tomadas que estavam funcionando para carregar celular. Quando ligamos na recepcao o recepcionista nos falou: se quiserem, podem deixar o celular carregando a noite aqui na recepcao. Até parece que iamos fazer isso. No café da manha, tudo gelado porque as tomadas tambem nao estavam funcionando.

Funcionários excelentes bem atensiosos, Hotel bem localizado só que Infelizmente o hotel precisa de mais atenção dos gerentes em relação a manutenção 1) Ar condicionado sujo (atendente disse que é feito manutenção mas dá impressão que é feito manutenção quando cliente reclama) 2) Elevador estava quebrado 3) Café da manhã não estava bom (presunto e queijo com aparecia ruim)

Excelente!

Um hotel simples e com toda infraestrutura em ordem e funcionando. O estacionamento é de fácil acesso logo pela entrada do hotel. Limpeza impecável e o café da manhã é diversificado com muitas opções de pães, bolos, frutas, frios, iogurtes, sucos e etc. O atendimento foi excelente e agradecimento especial a Angelica, uma moça muito simpática e atenciosa e ao rapaz da recepção no fim da tarde que também foi super atencioso e prestativo! Estão de parabéns!

A estadia transcorreu sem qualquer complicação. Entretanto, há pontos relevantes que poderiam ser melhorados: - Horário reduzido do café da manhã, que era servido apenas até as 9h da manhã. - Elevador sem qualquer ventilação. - Porta do banheiro, no interior do quarto, é transparente e há um espelho, na parede do quarto, em frente à porta, o que atrapalha muito em termos de privacidade. - Há apenas 1 tomada em todo o quarto, que é utilizada pelo frigobar.

A estadia transcorreu normal até o checkout. Na saída me apresentarem um controle remoto de televisão quebrado, que nem era o que utilizei no quarto e queriam me cobrar pelo dano. Tem cabimento ?
