I already stayed in this resort in the past (more than 3 times) and I really enjoy by "cost x delivered"...my recomendation is a RETROFIT in some rooms since there is some items that seem it is really used.

Falta o acesso às piscinas do hotel durante a noite e madrugada. Os restaurantes ficam abertos até às 22h, porém após às 21:30h alguns já ficam incomodados em receber novos pedidos. O valor da refeição no restaurante do hotel é caro, mas não é exorbitante. E a hospedagem deveria incluir o acesso ao parque.

Enorme esse hotel, mas bastante organizado. Estivemos agora em julho, e fez bastante calor de dia. De manhã, os prédios fazem sombra em boa parte das piscinas, mas a água morna é uma delícia! Dá para ficar até o fim da tarde na água, e para quem gosta de dancinha, essas coisas, também tem. Tem ligação direta com o Thermas dos Laranjais, uma facilidade incrível! Vale à pena. Só precisa ir com disposição para se divertir!!!

O atendimento foi bom. Mas o quarto e o banheiro são pequenos, assim como a cama que é queen e é dura. A minha experiência que foi de 11 a 13 de julho, foi bem ruim na verdade. Estavam lotados e os elevadores não davam conta do volume de hóspedes. Fiquei meia hora esperando para descer do segundo andar com as malas até desistir e ir pelas escadas. O refeitório sempre bastante lotado. Havia algumas comidas boas e outras ruins. Eu não pretendo voltar.

Cobrança indevida

Minha sobrinha chegou um pouco antes de nós e cobraram uma taxa absurda dela a mais para ficar na parte interna do hotel até seu horário. No entanto após o pagamento quando entramos e conversando com outros hóspedes os mesmos entraram sem pagar nada. Aí no meio de um descanso tivemos que ir contestar a cobrança a mais feita pela gerente Patrícia. Situação completamente desconfortável.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel, gostei e voltei Pena que tinham várias baratinhas, reclamei, mais nada foi feito, vcs precisam dedetizar urgente .o café da manhã era bom, mais o jantar horrível, teve dia que comi arroz, feijão e farofa, foi o que deu pra eu comer, uma pena

Problemas com manutenção

Hotel confortável com alguns problemas de manutenção. A porta do wc não fechava no trinco pelo lado de fora, portanto quando o dia clareava, o quarto tb ficava claro. A descarga do banheiro as vezes não enchia, fazendo com que tivesse que usar o banheiro da portaria. A porta do wc rangia horrores acordando as pessoas do quarto, mas isso arrumaram quando reclamei. A maior piscina do complexo estava em reforma por 15 dias. Acho que deveriam ter comunicado no ato da reserva, já que eles tinham essa programação e tinham meu contato. O café da manhã no meu último dia (domingo) foi caótico. Não tinha funcionários para limpeza das mesas, gente esperando, demorava demais a reposição de pratos, xícaras, etc. Como tudo funciona a base de reserva antecipada, acredito que poderiam ter se programado para um bom atendimento. A limpeza do quarto também é fraca. Para utilizar a hidromassagem, tive que limpá-la antes. tinha até cabelo no sugador. Embora tenham frascos de shampoo e sabonete líquido fixos dentro do box, um estava vazio e o outro quebrado. Para suprir deixaram sabonetinhos e shampoo em cima da pia, mas o material quebrado dava ar de desleixo que não condiz com a marca Wyndham. As 2 vezes que entraram para "arrumar" o quarto apenas arrumaram a cama e ainda lançaram consumo de item do quarto que não tinha sido efetuado. A cama é confortável e tem varal para secar roupas, o que é muito bom. O ar condicionado também estava ok.
