A estadia foi ótima qualidade, o único problema é a recepcionista novinha querendo dar golpe o tempo todo , 1º com uma amiga do grupo o quarto já estava liberado antes do horário permitido,limpo e arrumado, pedimos se já poderia deixar às coisas lá , pois o evento começou às 12:00 e já era 12:40 , ela informou que só liberava a deixar às coisas lá no quarto se pagasse mais $ 170 meia diária , o quarto já estava livre limpo , para nossa entrada às 14:00 , não iria implicar em nada o trabalho da arrumadeira , eu entendo que um check out com a saída para mais tarde sim é muito complicado, não teria condições pois tem outro hospedes pra entrar, que não foi nosso caso!! E não terminou aí , não bastava a nossa saída fomos até a mesma recepcionista pagar o consumo de 3 águas , ela cobrou 45,30 , fui questionar que água cara é essa , no cardápio era $6 , ela me disse que eu dei a informação errada, que eu consumi 1 todinho 1 água de côco, fiquei pasma , falei para ela ir ao quarto confirmar o meu consumo , ela mais uma vez disse que não precisava que estava certo pois tinha abastecido a geladeira a noite, eu* como se a noite eu estava lá dormindo , em fim , chegou uma outra recepcionista com mais idade e resolveu tudo , muito educada ! Ela cometeu esse erro em 3 quartos , 3X , só com meu grupo , acredito que vez mais vezes , cobra a mais e não dá pra pessoa conferir o consumo , vi ela fazendo com outros hospedes , quando eu cheguei fazendo a reclamação, os que estavam lá pediu !!!!!!

Excelente Hotel!
Fiquei muito satisfeita com a estadia no Hotel Maruá, desde a recepcao a limpeza do quarto, os lencois, banheiro, e o capricho das camareiras? Tudo impecavel. O cafe da manha excelente, farto. Vale ressaltar q fiz visitas em dois hoteis anteriormente e qdo cheguei no Maruá senti um clima agradavel e leve. Voltarei com certeza!

Lamentável.
Primeira estadia no Maruá e não concordo como as avaliações devem excelente. Excelente somente o atendimento e a limpeza. Ar condicionado barulhento, barulhos nos teto, chuveiro quente só com água morna, e pra completar havia um hóspede num quarto próximo que abriu e bateu a porta inúmeras vezes.
