Tudo impecável: limpo, organizado, com uma estrutura muito linda e de ótimo bom gosto. As roupas de cama e banho estavam impecáveis, limpas e cheirosas. O hotel é bem localizado, em uma área tranquila e sossegada. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com bastante variedade e produtos frescos. Ao chegarmos, fomos recebidos pela Sônia, que transborda simpatia e gentileza, um atendimento muito acolhedor.

O hotel é lindo, parece um palácio, mais bonito pessoalmente que nas fotos. O quarto precisa de uma reforma. Café da manha bom, gostoso. O que faz pecar é o atendimento. Ninguém da equipe é simpático, é como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Isso chamou minha atenção, não gostei.

Precisa de manutenção e reforma!

Razoável! Atendimento da recepção e café da manhã são muito bons. Porém o estado de conservação dos quartos e a presença de "traças", prejudicam o hotel. Quartos merecem uma reforma e dedetização. Toalhas também precisam ser trocadas. Muito desgastadas!

HORRÍVEL, NÃO RECOMENDO

O Hotel é bonito por fora e as instalações são adequadas porém o quarto é péssimo. Colchão ruim, lençol pequeno que sai durante a noite, não tive serviço de quarto na primeira diária e a recepcionista me disponibilizou um quarto que provavelmente tinha a pior vista do hotel, para uma obra de um prédio em construção, isso porquê cheguei em uma quarta feira quando o hotem ainda tinha poucas pessoas hospedadas (fiquei até domingo) com vários quartos vagos. Simpatia da recepcionista ZERO. QUARTO HORRÍVEL. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade mas a qualidade não é boa, bolos são os mesmos durante três, quatro dias, não são frescos. Hospedagem ruim, com um quarto ruim, atendimento ruim, café da manhã a desejar, enfim... não recomendo e não volto nunca mais.

Quarto e banheiro limpos. Cama confortável. Café da manhã generoso e saboroso. As janelas do quarto não fecham completamente e não tem travas. Não chegou a ser um problema mas poderia ser corrigido. A tv do quarto é pequena e com poucas opções de canais.
