Housekeeping was really loud every morning, unnecessarily banging and slamming cabinet doors, conversing loudly to a point i cant have any rest. One of the tenant had a dog that wouldnt stop barking

The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!

My stay at the Ape paulista was nothing short of a horrible stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless they change the following: 1) Give staff more room to make decisions. When towels or rooms needed to be cleaned management has to be approve 2) Deborah the cleaning house manager is way to involved in my stay. Created a huge mess due to her being overly concerned with my stay activity. 3) cleaning I had to buy cleaning agents to clean my room. They don’t come by and ask if you need your room cleaned or if towels are needed. 4) street noise took a bit of getting use to. Overall I give this place a 1 star at best and will never return.

Localização excelente e tudo muito organizado. Seria bem interessante colocarem lampadas com sensores pq as luzes ficam ligadas a noite toda deixando o quarto bem claro mesmo tendo o blackout nas porta e janela. Uma coisa que tbm nao gostei foi o barulho de batecao de portas dos armarios pelas funcionárias, elas nao tem o minimo zelo pra nao fazerem barulho. Os quartos embaixo tem esse problema.

O apartamento é excelente, possui uma ótima localização, perto de bancos, bares, restaurantes, shopping, metrô... Lugar ideal para ir para qualquer lugar da cidade. Apenas a comunicação que é feita apenas por mensagem de whatsapp que podia ser também aceita por ligação para tentar agilizar. (Bom, se for possível, eu não consegui nas vezes que tentei). Mas de resto, tudo perfeito, estão de parabéns !!

A comunicação foi difícil desde o início, pois demoraram para disponibilizar as orientações e dados para o check in. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, estava organizado, mas com o piso sujo. Luz da área em comum fica o tempo todo acesa e a cortina do quarto não bloqueia totalmente essa luz, então para quem dorme no escuro total isso é um problema a ser considerado. Na rua, a porta de acesso deveria ser melhor iluminada.
