This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

Hotel péssimo! Decepcionante!

Pior hotel que nos hospedamos; quarto com móveis antigos, cheiro de mofo, imundo ( cheios de tufas de cabelo e pó /areia), camas pequenas e banheiro velho ( a porta sequer fechava). Pedi pra cobrarem apenas 50% pois pretendia deixar o Hotel mas se negaram e sai no prejudizo.O rapaz do check-out foi bem grosseiro e irônico!

Foi maravilhosa nossa estadia. Cafe da manhã muito bom. Ambiente elegante, o restaurante serve almoço e jantar num preço acessivel. Próximo a estação de metrô. Não dar para ir caminhando para Paulista como eles falam não. Mas de metrô tudo fica perto.

Insatisfeito, café da manhã com poucas opções, inclusive faltando itens no final de semana. Limpeza do quarto ( toalhas de banho e roupas de cama amareladas, travesseiros no mesmo nível ). Elevadores pequenos, dos 3 somente um funcionando, causando maior alvoroço em relação ao uso. Atendimento, com 1 recepcionista atendendo a demanda tanto para checkin e checkout.

Venho compartilhar com você minha estadia no Gran Villagio desde a chegada até a saída foi tudo impecável. Vi muitos comentários negativos, porém quem limpa banheiro todos os dias em casa?Quem tem um café diferente todosos dias?Acredito que quase ninguém. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos são feitos a cada três dias, se precisar antes é só solicitar, tem escrito em vários lugares. O café da manhã tem muitas variedades, ovos mexidos, cuscuz, salsicha, calabresa, vários pães, bolos, iogurtes, sucos e frutas. Do for ao dar, serve a todos.O café é bem gostoso. O quarto estava limpo, toalhas brancas, banheiro branquinho, chuveiro com água bem quentinha. Nós corredores não teve ruídos. Funcionários atenciosos. A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo. Eu não tenho nada a reclamar, só a agradecer.

Quartos ok, mas o banheiro ruim, o chuveiro é dentro de uma banheira, e não estava funcionando a torneira para fechar a água da banheira e abrir do chuveiro. Os elevadores são pessimos, ficávamos em torno de 10 minutos esperando toda vez pra pegar, e como ficamos em andar alto não dava pra ficar indo de escada. Café da manhã bem simples, mas gostoso.

A minha estada não foi das melhores. Eu tive medo do elevador, de ficar presa, me senti insegura. Ficamos esperando para descer para o café da manhã quase 20 minutos no primeiro dia, acabamos descendo de escada. Uma Sra ficou presa no elevador. O quarto é bom, acústica boa, porém o banheiro é antigo e tem banheira e a água do chuveiro mesmo com cortina vazava toda para fora da área de banho. O cafe da manhã é bom. Os funcionários foram gentis e cordiais. Mas pelo elevador não voltaria mais no Hotel.

Hotel com predio antigo, mas com quarto grande, camas boas, com banheira antiga e chuveiro bom, cafe bom tambem. Unica raiva que passamos foi com elevador, um hotel de 17 andares não pode ficar com somente 1 elevador que caibam 5 pessoas, mas fora isso estadia bem bacana, localização boa.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei

Este hotel tem uma boa localização e já atendeu muito bem qdo tinha outro nome. A situação atual é horrível e nojenta. A vigilância sanitária devia fechá-lo. É uma enorme falta de respeito nos receber como hóspedes em muquifo que é a situação atual deste hotel que não tem nada de “Gran”. Não consegui tomar o café da manhã servido pelo hotel, pq é pessimo com as piores frutas e péssimas escolhas de alimentos. O quarto que fiquei foi o 609 que fede a fumaça de cigarro, está detonado precisando de reforma, janelas que não fecham direito, sem blackout nas janelas, pintura surrada e banheiro fedendo a esgoto. As torneiras do chuveiro chuveiro está com a ordem quente (esquerda) e fria (direita) invertida. Me sinto desrespeitado em ter locado esta acomodação. Quem precisar de elevador que faça uma grande fila, pois são pequenos e mal cabem cinco pessoas. Se estiver com pressa vá de escadas fedorentas e que foram pintadas na década de 90.

O apto horrível, camas velhas e desconfortáveis, toalhas encardidas e duras, banheiro antigo ( com banheira velha, precisando entrar e ficar de pé, piso parecia que nunca viu água e cortina de plástico, ou seja, molhava todo o ambiente). Acústica se ouvia tudo do outro quarto, os elevadores pequenos e demoravam muito, sem contar que o próprio hotel utilizava todos para serviços. Café da manhã sem reposição constante e pouca variação. Cobertores finos e lençóis e travesseiros com cheiro de suor. A única coisa que foi interessante é a localização.
