Staff wasn’t very helpful. Very convenient area but kinda dangerous around there especially at night. Our room was tiny, shower was open to the room so if traveling with a friend there’s no privacy when you shower. Tiny little room where the toilet was. It was ok for our 2 night stay just a bit uncomfortable.

Infelizmente, a estadia foi ruim. O quarto apresentava muito mofo embaixo dos colchões, o que nos fez muito mal, principalmente porque eu e meu filho temos problemas de alergia, afetando diretamente nossa saúde. A limpeza do quarto foi extremamente deficiente. Durante todo o período da hospedagem, a limpeza foi realizada apenas duas vezes e de forma inadequada: o lixo não era retirado, não era passado pano no chão (apenas um rodo seco para empurrar a sujeira) e não havia uma higienização adequada do ambiente. Além disso, foi necessário solicitar repetidas vezes na recepção itens básicos, como toalhas e papel higiênico, pois não eram repostos automaticamente. Para piorar, havia chuveiro e outros utensílios quebrados desde a nossa chegada. Informamos a recepção diversas vezes, a manutenção demorou para atender e alguns itens permaneceram quebrados até o fim da estadia. O chuveiro estava torto, molhando todo o banheiro e parte do quarto, demonstrando falta de cuidado e descaso com o hóspede. A experiência foi lamentável e muito abaixo do padrão mínimo esperado, especialmente em relação à higiene, manutenção e atenção ao hóspede.

Não tomei café da manhã lá dessa última vez porque achei caro, mas gostei quando tomei. A estadia foi boa. Estranhei agora precisar avisar, cado contrário a limpeza do quarto não é feita, mas fiz a sinalização necessária. Legal o bebedouro na entrada. Ajuda muito.
