Staff wasn’t very helpful. Very convenient area but kinda dangerous around there especially at night. Our room was tiny, shower was open to the room so if traveling with a friend there’s no privacy when you shower. Tiny little room where the toilet was. It was ok for our 2 night stay just a bit uncomfortable.

Péssima experiência

Escolhi o hotel pensando em dormir em uma cama de qualidade e com travesseiro bom, mas tive uma péssima experiência. A começar pelo check in que é muito demorado, cada pessoa levava mais de 20min para finalizar. Quando chegou a minha vez, o atendente insistiu que minha reserva não estava paga e me cobrou novamente. Meu celular estava sem bateria, então paguei com a condição de ter o valor estornado caso já tivesse pago. Carreguei o telefone, mostrei o recibo, ele precisou levar meu telefone 3x para uma pessoa ver e constatar que estava pago. Depois foi mais um transtorno pra conseguir finalizar o estorno e me liberar. Disse que na meia pensão eu teria direito a sobremesa, mas quando fui jantar informaram que eu não teria, grave falha de comunicação. Já no quarto, travesseiro de má qualidade e barulho de chuveiros a noite toda, provavelmente meu quarto ficava próximo a algum cano. Perdi o sono várias vezes. Enfim, paguei muito caro, por conta da lotação do dia, e tive, só início ao fim, uma péssima experiência.

Tive um problema na cama, solicitei a equipe da recepção que prontamente me realocaram para outro quarto, onde não tive problemas, a localização é ótima, literalmente ao lado de uma estação do metrô, perto da paulista, padaria, farmácia tudo pertinho.
