The check in went well and they were very friendly. We were in late but still managed to get room service and the self service beverage area in the lobby was a welcome addition. Very basic room and bed was not the most comfortable but it was a good place to stay for the night. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there was a good selection. One issue was street noise as the windows did not block much of that. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it

Só um único comentário negativo , no sabádo pela manhã na hora de sair do quarto encontramos a colaboradora encarregada da arrumação , solicitamos que deixasse no banheiro o kit de barbear , kir dental (ambos foram entregues quandoi da nossa hospedagem no Intercity Interative Teresópolis) e sabonete. A resposta da colaboradora foi positiva, porém ao voltarmos , aproximadamente 18h30 , para a nossa surpresa , nada tinha sido deixado.
