We had a good and comfortable stay, and as a suggestionI recommend checking the seal on the glass in the bathroom shower, which has a small water leak that drips onto the floor when the shower is on.

O café da manhã é bom! O quarto é bonito, porém, não oferece muito conforto: colchão duro, travesseiro parecia de papel (de tão fino)... Coloquei a minha filha de 10 anos na reserva e, ao chegar no quarto (ela disse que dormiu mal...), vimos que ofereceram um sofazinho aberto bem estreito e duro para ela dormir. Também não havia lençol para nos cobrirmos na cama de casal, apenas o cobre-leito. Tivemos que pegar o cobertor no guarda-roupa para nos cobrirmos. Elogios: recepcionistas simpáticos e boa localização (fomos a pé ao Shopping Ibirapuera).

Excelente experiência como sempre. Café da manhã excelente, atendimento espetacular (talvez o melhor que já recebi em hotéis) e quarto muito confortável. Pra ser muito detalhista, a agilidade do estacionamento poderia ser um pouquinho melhor, mas nada que me faça hesitar em voltar. É sem dúvida o melhor custo benefício da região.

O hotel Mercure Ibirapuera Privilege é, sem dúvida, muito bom — estrutura confortável, localização excelente e ambiente agradável. No geral, uma experiência fabulosa. No entanto, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Ao chegar no quarto, notei que o frigobar estava sujo com leite derramado, o que comprometeu a primeira impressão. Solicitei a limpeza, mas o atendimento da recepção foi lento e pouco eficiente nesse processo. Outro ponto negativo foi a cobrança da diária da garagem, que considero excessivamente alta e desproporcional ao valor já pago pela hospedagem. Com pequenas melhorias na agilidade do atendimento e mais equilíbrio nos preços dos serviços adicionais, o hotel tem tudo para oferecer uma experiência impecável.

O hotel é confortavel em uma localização excelente. Mas o serviço realmente peca bastante. Os recepcionistas sao muito frios e estão constantemente irritados e grosseiros. Pelo atendimento, nao voltaremos.
