Lugar nojento. Muito diferente das fotos. Atendimento péssimo. No quarto os lençóis e coberta e estava manchados. Além da coberta ser super fina, estava frio e estava com furos. Fiz checkout em menos de 30 minutos de estadia. Não recomendo. Odiei!

Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi confortável. O local, que anteriormente funcionava como motel, mantém características que impactam negativamente na hospedagem. O ambiente é bastante escuro e há apenas uma tomada disponível, localizada fora de posição — próxima à porta, na parte inferior, atendendo tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro. Ao questionar, fui atendida com uma régua de tomadas improvisada.
A televisão do primeiro quarto não funcionava e, após solicitação, fui realocada. No novo quarto, a TV tinha a imagem completamente lilás e desfocada, sem condições de uso. O site informa que oferece Wi-Fi, porém, em nenhum dos dois quartos o sinal funcionava, o que me causou transtornos.
Quanto ao café da manhã, desci até o local, mas não me senti confortável nem segura para consumir. Não havia absolutamente nada servido naquele momento, apenas garrafas de café e leite, sem nenhum funcionário presente para atendimento ou reposição.
Sendo muito sincera, para ser classificado como hotel, o estabelecimento precisa passar por uma série de melhorias estruturais e de serviços.
Passei duas noites a trabalho, não consegui ao voltar para hotel fazer minhas tarefas do trabalho pq o wifi não funcionava, não vale o valor de R$ 320,00 que paguei, me senti enganada,

Me informou que a reserva seria cancelada.
Mesmo assim fui cobrado pela estadia, sem nem mesmo ter feito check-in.
Fui enganado.

Péssimo estado
Na minha avaliação o lugar não tem cara de hotel e assim de motel,o café da manhã péssimo , a limpeza então passei um dia inteiro esperando que fossem limpa meu quarto e não foram eu mesmo tive que tira o lenço e as toalhas e leva na recepção e mais uma vez pedi pra fazer a troca que foi feita a noite um absurdo.
